Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham College Station

Hote was fine. We had a big group. Lobby and halls smelled. My room was fine but others complained of a smell. Bed was very comfy. Room was very large and spacious. Housekeeping cleaned bathroom and kept taking the soaps but not replacing them. Very frustrating at shower time. Had to ask for more. Bathroom looks old and needs updating but functional. Breakfast was basic but grab and go options were a plus. Coffe was decent but they had tiny styrofoam cups that barely held anything and were super flimsy with hot coffee in them. I burnt my hand multiple times from spillage while moving or walking with cup.

I enjoyed my stay! It was convenient and close to a lot of places. It could have been a tab but cleaner but over all it was comfortable and the breakfast was better than I expected! I will definitely stay there again next time I’m in town! Just run that vacuum a little better!

We had a great experience this past weekend (2/10-12/24). The room was spacious and nice. The service was good and we enjoyed breakfast too.

Lobby smelled like dirty laundry water coming from their utility room. No bug's was a plus. Clean sheets and rooms were very clean. Descent hot breakfast sandwiches.

The hotel has a friendly and professional staff that is very attentive to any concern or need that I had. The staff was extremely helpful in answering any check in questions that I had.

We stayed here 2 nights to go to Santa's Wonderland. The location was perfect, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We were not disappointed in any way, especially for the price.

Small hotel but very quiet and clean in general. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was not a big deal but better than expensive hotels and they refill everything very quickly.

I like the amount of space in the room and tv. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Hotels, in general, are expensive near TAMU so it isn’t surprising that you’ll shell out some bucks for a mid-tier hotel. Our room was near the side exit and we could hear every bang of the door and guests voices as they entered or left the hotel. The room was decent enough and the A/C worked really well. Breakfast was a waffle maker and a limited variety of sausage options (sausage biscuit, sausage roll, etc.), a couple of fruit options, yogurt, coffee, juices, pastries — pretty much the usual fare you’d expect. The hotel is starting to show its age a bit but other than the noise it was alright. I’m sure a different room location would have solved that issue. The people were nice.
