I upgraded from a deluxe apartment to a premium apartment, which is a higher tier than deluxe. However, the premium apartment had a smaller TV and lacked smart features. In contrast, the deluxe apartment came with a smart TV that included Netflix, YouTube, and various other applications. Due to the persistent rainy weather conditions, we spent most of our time indoors. Once we requested to replace the TV, they promised to do it the next morning, but they never showed up. One day, my friends and I decided to visit Barista, a five-minute walk from our hotel. We requested umbrellas since it was raining heavily. Unfortunately, the hotel only had one umbrella available, and when we asked for more, they informed us that they were out of stock. Despite the slight rain, we called the reception to inquire about using the swimming pool. They confirmed that we could use it, but when we arrived at the pool, we were informed that it was closed. When we returned to the reception to seek further assistance, they were unhelpful and stated that they could not allow anyone to use the pool while it was raining. But during my previous calls, the reception confirmed that I can use the pool. I had planned to extend my stay, but unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of support, I’ve decided to switch to a different hotel tomorrow. This is, without a doubt, the worst Hilton hotel we’ve stayed at so far.

AMAZING INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY KIND CARING WONDERFUL ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT STAFF AT THIS HOTEL WE AS A FAMILY ARE FREQUENT TRAVELLERS AND I MUST SAY OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL WAS ONE OF BEST AND MOST BRILLIANT AND IT WAS ALL DOWN TO THE INCREDIBLY KIND FRIENDLY HOTEL STAFF WHERE WE RECEIVED THE BEST BEST SERVICE AND TREATMENT ESPECIALLY FROM THE BAR AND RESTAURANT PARTICULAR MR BANDARA ,MR RAJ , MS RITHIKA , MR LOCHANA AND ALL OF THE WODNERFUL STAFF AT THE RESTAURNAT WE WERE TREATED LIKE SPECIAL FAMILY AND ABSOLUTELY WE WERE LOOKED AFTER LIKE ROYALTY ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR STAY. A BIG THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF AT THE RESTAURNAT AND THROUGHOUT THIS INCREDIBLE HOTEL YOU MADE OUR STAY TEH BEST EVER IT WAS MOST WODNERFUL AMD WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN VERY SOON AND TO MEET AND ASLO BE SO VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER ONCE AGAIN BY THE WONDERFUL RESTAURANT STAFF. Had to early checked out. The property has seen better days. The bedroom was extremely outdated and not that well maintained. Cleaning work was not so well done, moldy walls and floors, duvet stink, torn and ripped pillowcase and the overall facilities were rundown. However, the staff members were very friendly, accommodating and attentive.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

完全不符合五鑽酒店標準，更是敗壞希爾頓的品牌，整個房間衞生極差，異味嚴重，設施陳舊，服務冷漠、效果極差！非常糟糕！入住後等了2個小時都沒把行李送到房間，還是自己下樓拿的！房間有一個陽台還不讓打開！主要是衞生極差！1800多的房費還不含早餐非常不值！

酒店超級棒，房間也很大，酒店靠近湖邊，還有一個網紅泳池，雖然酒店設施老舊一點，但是整體很不錯，前台服務特別好

房間打掃的乾淨的。有廚房，服務態度好，WhatsApp沟通比打電話回覆快，想要微波炉，酒店查了一下庫存，馬上送來，贊

１０回以上の宿泊ですが、相変わらず立地は便利でスタッフのみなさんが親切です。 お部屋の広さと使い勝手は良く、コロンボの滞在はこちらと決めています。

這個酒店保安系統特別好！我覺得出門在外安保還是很重要的！然後房間很大！總體設施還可以，就是空調什麼還是落後了！不過已經很不錯了！客廳也很大！

環境不錯，房間很大，早餐種類很豐富

重新裝修過的房間 雖然談不上精緻 但是很乾凈 寬敞 作為商務出差 空間足夠

特別合適，一家人住宿，無待旅行全程安排都很棒。
