Ulasan The Galadari Hotel, Colombo

From the reception service to the restaurant service all were so bad. I requested non smoking they gave me smoking, after I asked to change, they put me in the room without towels, 3 hrs later they brought me towels. So bad all around. Will not stay here again for sure.

The hotel us centrally located but dated. The plus is its location. Easy and convenient to malls and Garlle Face Green it faces the port city of colombo too.

Construction works are going on. Though we have made advance booking, the hotel has been informed only at the time of our check in. Worst service rendered by the service staff and the response from the service staff seems to be rude. They have different treatment for the WHITE it seems.

Extend my stay for 2 days an as usual breakfast is good room cleaning is good an transport is easy avail.becarefual for over charge from hotel looby 3 wheeler scooter they charge about 10000 ruppees if you took the hotel car which is expenisive where u can get 6000 ruppees if you book from the app pick me

It's a 5 star hotel after all. The price is cheaper than other hotels. Although the cleaning is thorough, the building is old and the inside of the room is not clean. If you are looking for a clean hotel, we recommend other new hotels. The location is great and you can walk to popular spots.

Although there was an incident where there was no hot water in the shower in the room I stayed in, it was a well-located hotel with a long history and excellent service. Due to its history, there were some parts of the room that felt old, but for business purposes, I was satisfied with the hotel as it was very convenient.

Stayed in Colombo for the first time in a while. The building itself is a little old, but the hotel is beautiful. The doorman at the entrance? He was a very nice person. One Galle Face Mall is also within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. I want to stay again.

As expected of the Garadari Hotel, there was a wide variety of breakfast dishes, and there was a lot of Sri Lankan curry, so I was very satisfied. Recommended.
