Booked a suite that said sleeps 6. Got to room and they had no bedding for the sofa bed. Tried to call downstairs but phone didn’t work. Went back down and was told they had sheets but blankets were locked up by housekeeping during work hours. So my friends were cold the first night. The sofa bed mattress was 2 inches thick, squeaked all night, and my friend got poked by the springs- def cannot sleep 2 adults. Oh, they also gave us 2 towels and 1 shampoo/body wash. Next morning, went down to ask for more towels and bathroom supplies and was told that having 6 in a room is a fire hazard (do they not know they advertise suites for 6 for more money?!). Got the towels. Later, during normal hours, asked for blankets and more toiletries. Staff just glared at us and reluctantly gave more toiletries. Never got more blankets. Coldest shower I’ve ever taken in my life. I never write reviews but this was straight up bad and future goers need to be warned. Only good things were sufficient free parking, tasty hot breakfast, and decently connected fast wi-fi.

First impression was not good. There was someone smoking pot in the parking lot when we pulled in and the hotel has this funky smell to it. Also, the hotel is located in the middle of an industrial area w/ the highway right across. So it seems very desolate and uninviting at first. But when you get your room, it's pretty nice. We had a 2 bed room and the beds sheets/pillows were clean and there was enough room for both of us. I was expecting a dungy bathroom but it was nice as well. Good room for the shower and sink/toilet. Also very clean. Yes, there is some funky smells in the rooms that others have pointed out. I'm not sure where it comes from but you smell it and I guess we get use to it. It's not overbearing but a bit of an annoyance. Maybe it comes from the Air Conditioner. But best thing was proximity to the university. You don't need to take the highway from here to get to the university. Side streets and you'll be there in about 10 min time. Price was cheapest in the entire area of hotels. Booked thru Costco Travel. For a 1-3 day visit the hotel will suit your needs.
