It was perfect location for us to walk to nationwide arena!!! Actually much closer than I was thinking. Nice room

I loved this place so much everything was perfect ❤️

They took very good care of my mother who was disabled. It was a closed off walk to the convention center which was perfect. They also helped pack the car. There is also elevators everywhere so if you cant climb steps.

Perfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

Food wasn’t done from the restaurant…. It was late at night, which I was thankful for but the hamburger was raw… the tacos were extremely hot with no warning as well…It was really nice place and located in a great area!

The front desk was very nice but the hallways were filthy and I could not get housekeeping to clean my room even though I requested it repeatedly

Poor service restaurant. Seen our waitress to take orders then never again until she delivered checks. We had to keep asking managers for drink service. Food quality was poor Charged different prices then what was quoted Had to call to get fixed. Valet Parking for 2 nights was $82.00 Room had nail clippings next to bed and side table, under stand for refrigerator has so much dirt you couldn’t see the carpet. Looks like nothing was ever moved to vacuum

We stayed in the lofts. It’s very nice but there were power outlets for plugging things in. Overall ok.

Did not love getting a 20 dollar booking fee, hotel needed updated, fine for a night but nothing spectacular. It was very loud at night when heat unit kicked on, shower water was burning hot or freezing. Just prefer the hilton over this stay, almost the same cost

Check in was smooth and easy. Room and shower were amazing. Restaurant was really good. There was a cheer competition and Tim McGraw concert. They were busy but were very attentive. When we had a small issue with food ...everyone apologized. The whole stay was incredible.

We actually really loved our room here! It was huge and super clean. The room was airy and cold (which I love) and we turned it up for bedtime and it was the perfect temp. The beds were so comfy and I didn’t wake up with any back pain. I keep thinking about how I can afford to timeshare that room for my family forever because I LOVE it! Truly the best stay of any Columbus hotel we’ve stayed in thus far!

It was a nice hotel and the sky bridge to the convention center was awesome. I’d stay there again.
