good location. walking distance to west gate. if you want to spend night time at west gate then this hotel not suitable. room is big as well.

WiFi requires a local number, hence not foreign tourist friendly. Room was near the road hence at 6am, it was a lot of honking traffic sounds. Aircon is off but not informed at check-in, only after further prompt it was informed that the temperature is cooler hence aircon is off in the whole vicinity.

The carpet in the room is not very clean, the sheets are OK, the service attitude is very good, the lobby environment is also good, the breakfast variety is average, and it is filling. If you come to Wuzhen for sightseeing and pursue cost-effectiveness, you can stay here. If you have higher requirements for hygiene, it is recommended to change to another hotel

The main reason for choosing this hotel is that it is close to the scenic spot, which is about 9 minutes' walk away, which is quite convenient. The lobby is grand and the decoration is very nice. The room is not particularly big, but it has complete facilities and good air conditioning. The lobby is elegantly decorated in the Jiangnan garden style, and there is a sunken garden. It is nice to drink tea. The service staff is friendly. It is close to the Xizha Scenic Area, just a few minutes' walk away. It was a very satisfactory stay. I will choose it again if I have the chance to come to Wuzhen next time.
