Really clean hotel,beautiful view ,good personel,good breakfast as well....but what I didn't like was swimming pool inside the hotel and sauna wasn't hot

Great location, walking distance to beach, buses, airport is 9 min away (drive) restaurants are great and a lot quieter than the ones right next to airport and on the motorway. Indoor and outdoor swimming bool both great and warm, maybe breakfast may need some spicing up cant complain for price included in hotel but rest was all great

The staff at reception are very friendly and helping. cleaning the rooms done everyday but not complete. they do not change towels automaticlay which should happen in 4 start hotel. also they do not wash the cups. it is not standard cleanup in 4 star hotel.the cooling system was good. the pool is very small but clean. breakfast had a good price and good. the dinner I have tries once and it was not good in my opinion.
I can say in average it was not bad.

This is a lovely hotel, very clean, staff really friendly and food nice.
Nice outside pool set up, will definitely return when I next come back to Palma.
Very reasonably priced as well.
