Where to start, wow. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our room, 525, was the best, with jacuzzi and lounge, impeccably clean, as was the whole hotel, they even wash the walls daily. All the staff were super efficient, great banter with the boys in the bar every night, thank you. The breakfast was outstanding, fruit selection fantastic and the poached eggs were the best I have had anywhere, thank you. We had a slight issue, no need to mention what it was, but without doubt it was sorted immediately, thank you for your kindness and understanding. We have already recommended you to our friends back home and hope this review will encourage more guests to stay with you. Keep doing what you are doing because it is perfect, thank you.

This was our first time in Palma, and we couldn't be more happy about the hotel! The room (Signature) was relly nice with a small balcony with seaview. The aircon did work out very well. We did only stay for 3 nights, but it was 3 really good ones:-) We had prebooked pick up from the airport from the hotel, and we had also booked the roof top restaurant for lunch at arrivel date. When we arrived the pool area was really bussy, but this was the only time we had problems with finding sunbeds there. It was hot 36C, so not strange that all quest was there arround 1400. All other dates and times we always got sundbeds (and they were not taken by people not beeing there - great!). The food was exceptional. Both in the roof top restaurant, the breakfast, the poolside service and the Michelin Star restaurant! It is just to enjoy! We also had a massage that was really good. When it comes to location it is great. Short walk into the center of palma, and in the same time seaview and rooftop pool. We would absolutely love to come back!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at SÚMMUM Boutique Hotel for our anniversary trip, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. Not only were we given a double room upgrade, but we were also surprised with a bottle of fizz and a dinner reservation at a fantastic Italian restaurant. The personal touches made our stay so memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with its unique design and luxurious feel. Every detail of the room and the hotel felt special. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to make our stay perfect was second to none. I also want to mention how thoughtful and generous they were throughout our stay. We explored the nearby areas, including the stunning cathedral, and my wife couldn’t stop smiling. Our time in Palma was made even more memorable thanks to SÚMMUM Boutique Hotel. The Sant Jaume Design Hotel is a superb hotel in a perfect location in Palma. Nestled in the old quarter on a quiet street, it is very close to everything you will want to visit during a trip to Palma. The staff was truly excellent - attentive, helpful, and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious. Rooms spacious and lovely. Highly recommended!

The moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff at this hotel are truly the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever encountered.The rooms are spacious, beautifully. Each morning, I woke up to a delightful breakfast spread, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The bar is the best one of the while town, best piano player I saw in my life, and provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Palma.However, what really sets this hotel apart is its restaurant. Dining at their in-house restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The culinary team has crafted a menu that is both innovative and true to the local flavors. Every dish I tried was a masterpiece, from the appetizers to the desserts. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were simply divine.Overall, this hotel in Palma offers an unparalleled experience with its luxurious accommodations, exceptional staff, and the best dining in the city. Would have no hesitation recommending this amazing hotel in centre of Palma. Very quiet and peaceful in the hotel and on the rooftop pool area. Spa area small but soothing and stocked with soft drinks teas etc and was booked for exclusive use. Additional massage was possibly best ever. Marc Fosh restaurant tasting menu is exquisitely prepared with some unusual but beautiful paired wines. Best of all though were the staff. Joan and his colleagues could not have been friendlier or more attentive and nothing seemed to faze them. So knowledgeable of local things to do. The extra touches they provided to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary were very much appreciated. We will come back to Mallorca to try the other hotels in this group to see if they can match the high standards set here.

The Valparaiso Palace is a charming hotel with delightful staff who are friendly attentive and helpful. Whether greeting you on your arrival, down in the lower pool area or up in the restaurant and bar area, all are equally welcoming and ready to help with whatever you would like. As with other guests I spoke to, this was a return visit for us and we enjoyed the gardens and pools in particular when our family joined us. We had several spa treatments and they were first class.

Beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool area well looked after by the staff, with amazing views over the marina. Efficient friendly staff everywhere and comfortable rooms are cleaned to perfection daily. Complimentary water left in your room every day. Although a good (but beautiful) walk into the town, around 25 minutes, would choose to stay here again all round and get taxis here and there (around 7 euro). Some lovely restaurants overlooking the marina at the front of the hotel, and a great bar Kenzo just outside, and a few also at the back of the hotel, special mention to Joe’s bistro whose food is the best! A perfect stay in Palma! ❤️
