很有設計感，頂樓的小泳池也不錯，有不一樣的體驗。位置也很好，去哪裡都基本步行，好吃的也多

Ein sehr gediegenes und schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Palma. Einchecken war schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel. Der recht hohe Preis ist bei dieser Lage und Ausstattung durchaus gerechtfertigt. Allein der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher ein Stehpool und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

The welcome from Gala and all of the front desk staff is worthy of a 5 star rating. They really went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible - including restaurant recommendations which were all fantastic. The hotel is lovely, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast service is delicious (the staff serving breakfast also deserve a special mention). Also, the location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the old city of Palma - only minutes walk from all of the sights but in a very quiet location.

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Sant Jaume. It was a wonderful experience, nice and helpful staff, good rooms and a good breakfast in a perfect location. We will visit again:-)

UN LUGAR SIN COMPARACIÓN EN EL CASCO HISTÓRICO DE PALMA Es la tercera vez que me alojo en Sant Jaume y aunque no suelo escribir sobre mi experiencia, lo vivido en este hotel merece hacerlo. 1. La ubicación es única, a pocos pasos de los monumentos más visitados de la ciudad. 2. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y tienen mucha luz natural. 3. El desayuno es fantástico. Productos caseros de hotel boutique y carta de platos calientes que preparan al momento. 4. La terraza de la azotea con vistas a la catedral. 5. Un pequeño gimnasio, para los que nos gusta entrenar a diario. 6. LO MEJOR, el servicio y la amabilidad de todo el staff.

We enjoyed our 4 days at the hotel. An initial problem with the air conditioning was sorted very quickly and the duty Manager, Carla, was fantastic. All the staff were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Also a great, central location. Highly recommended and we are coming back in September. Thank you to Carla and the team.

We stayed for 2 nights and LOVED this beautiful hotel. I spent a while researching Palma hotels and am so glad I chose this one. Pretty, quiet, safe street but easy walking to everything, short distance to the public car park, stylish rooms, lovely warm indoor (small) pool & sauna, delicious breakfast, friendly staff (Daniel was amazing and we felt so welcome on arrival), roof top area with great views which will be lovely in the summer. I could go on. All perfect thank you so much. Palma is so lovely - you should go and stay here! Angela x

Enjoyed a very relaxing weekend in Palma staying at the Sant Jaume Design Hotel. This hotel is ideally situated to explore Palma and the staff are extremely professional and helpful. Wellness centre is an added bonus.
