We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was located in a great area. We walked almost every where we needed to go. A ****** is a 5 mins walk up the street. STK restaurant is right on the corner along with a pizza spot. Our room was very clean and gives a luxury feel.

From the moment we arrived, the team ***Keyla, Jean, Angel, J, Issac, Juan, Ranxya, Annalise, and the rest of the staff*** delivered a high-power, low-pressure, and effortlessly luxe experience. Their attention to detail was next level; starting with a personalized letter upon arrival and a complimentary bottle of Champagne (shoutout to Keyla for making that happen) to kickstart my 34th lap around the sun. Our Panoramic Corner King Suite? Breathtaking. Floor-to-ceiling views of the water, a wraparound balcony with seating to soak in the scene, and a waterfall rain shower the size of a Chicago studio apartment. The in-room espresso maker fueled each morning before heading up to the Infinity Rooftop Pool and Hot Tub; magic. Chef Mario Págan’s Restaurant rocks a 5-Star dining experience you’ll later thank yourself for booking; service by Mar (Ocean.) Pure for Juice + Smoothies. Take a couple days to venture to Old San Juan to explore + shop & take Salsa Class with David in Old San Juan. Pack an umbrella for the random & sporadic 5- minute showers. Ask Keyla for local recommendations on day one. Jean met every overnight request with positive energy; whatever, whenever we needed anything. Every detail, every interaction, every touchpoint? 5-f*ing-stars, for real. There are over 10k cities, 195 countries + 50 states in the world & out of the 41 countries, 1k cities, 48 states I’ve been to; O:LV Fifty Five is near the top of my list. Hospitality? From the moment you pull up to the front door the staff greets you and assist with you luggage when you enter the front desk staff is very polite kind and friendly through the entire stay room was cleaned by housekeeping without having to ask food and drinks are beyond amazing. This is a great hotel to select for vacation/celebrations and more!!

We arrived at 3 am and the staff quickly helped us to our room. So polite with plenty of recommendations on what to do. Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, pool staff to the restaurant staff at Arya. The beds were beyond comfortable the aesthetics are gorgeous shower was amazing everything 10/10. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at O:LV. This was a very different experience for us. We don't normally stay at boutique hotels and this hotel lives up to its "boutique" reputation. The front desk staff was amazing always asking if they could do something for us. The food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the pool on the roof top had a beautiful views of the Condado Lagoon and cityscape of San Juan. Location is great within easy walking distance of good restaurants and the beach. Be advised, the bedroom is smaller but the bathroom was HUGE. Only negative we experienced was the requirement to keep the room temperature at 70 degrees or lower due to the humidity. That was cold for us. If you want to treat yourself to a very unique experience this is the hotel for you.

Day Pass Review My husband and I visited the pool on a Day Pass on 12/23/2024. We had a cabana in the upstairs area. Next time we visit Puerto Rico, we would like to stay at least one night at the hotel as the reviews are high and the lobby decor makes it seem higher end. Positives: - The day we visited there was only 3 other people there. This made the experience more tranquil. We would have liked to experience the party atmosphere, but still had a wonderful time during our visit. - Plenty of loungers - Towels were provided - Water station to stay hydrated - The hot tub was perfect temperature! - The food was good Negatives: - No beach access - Water was freezing cold in the swimming pool, so we only got in to about knee level. - The handrail leading into the pool is not secure. As this is a safety hazard, I hope the hotel fixes this. - Only restroom access is downstairs and then indoors through the restaurant area (only one male and one female restroom). If the location had been busy, having only one stall each would be inconvenient. - Beverage service was SLOW! No excuse for slow service when there were only 5 customers in the whole place.
