"No transparency about amenities like stove in kitchen even it shows in room booking, very old model TV has no features,only local channels played. It has to be refurbished.Although the location is very good and charges are very nominal according to other properties. Thanks"

"Excellente propreté ! Je n'ai jamais vu un hotel aussi propre que celui-ci ! Chambre spacieuse, joliment décorée et avec beaucoup d'équipements. j'étais inquiète sur l'absence de réception, mais le système fonctionne en faite parfaitement ! On a même accès à un cours de gym ou a des tapis de Yoga et cours en ligne. Je recommande vivement cet hotel. Situé en bas d'un arret de tram : très pratique !"

"2024年11月に2泊しました。 部屋のタイプはシングルルームです。 全体的に綺麗なホテルです。 部屋にはテレビ、デスク、ベット、冷蔵庫、ハンガーラック、1人掛けのソファーなど必要な物は揃っています。 コンセントはデスク横とテレビ下にありました。 トイレ、浴室にはドライヤー、大小タオルがありました。コンディショナーはなかったです。 共用キッチンには電気ケトルや調理器具などがありました。（確かオーブンとかコーヒーマシンもあった気がします） 屋上に展望台みたいな所もあり眺めは良かったです。 サウナもあります。 立地的にはヘルシンキセンター駅からトラムに乗り、トラムの駅から徒歩3分で合わせて20分もあれば着くので立地も良いです。 手荷物の預かりをチェックイン前、チェックアウト後共にお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれました。（無料です） 事前にオンラインチェックインのメールが来て、それを入力すればホテルで記入する必要もないので、それも良かったです。 値段もリーズナブルで朝食も付きホテルの従業員も親切だったので次回もまた泊まりたいなと思いました！"

"I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!"

"Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you"

"我們的房間是c61, 在6/26 早上11:00 check out 後，我們的行李無法寄放於B棟的-1 樓 ， 我們的密碼馬上無效使用，這是讓我們無法理解的，住宿條件有含Check out 後的行李寄放不是嗎？我們當天的飛機是晚上19:35，所以我們必需將行李直接送到機場，浪費了我們當天的的時間與影響我們的心情"

"Forenom Aparthotel is a good place to stay for students. I would like to say that overall it was good but the diagrammatic sound was bad. When people pass by the door we can actually clearly hear from inside. For this location, I would like to say that it can still be acceptable because I will take it as exercise 😂 as it needs to take a 10-20 mins walk from this place to railway station. Other than this, we can also found some stain on the bedsheet.Hopefully this can be improved next time."
