Bella struttura, nuova e pulita. Unica pecca il cigolio e i rumori del letto(anche quando si cambia lato durante la notte si avvertono questi rumori snervanti). Per il resto tutto perfetto. Check-in semplice e veloce, cucina a disposizione, frigo , macchinetta del caffè con tutto ciò che si desidera. Zona assolutamente silenziosa e raggiungibile a piedi dal centro(più o meno 1,5 km). Siamo stati davvero bene. Se dovesse servirmi di nuovo ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie

You can check in at certain time, I was arriving 1 hour later and I had to call them. It was difficult to communicate with the person. I had to send them information at theis website in Italian using translator. They never replied, one day before arrival, I had an Italian guy to call them to see how to get in, they answered that they will wait for me. Good thing is at the common WC they provide antiseptic to clean it.

First of all it was so easy to get the train from the airport straight to the central train station, and it was a 5 minute walk from there to the hotel. We arrived late in the evening and I was worried that it might be a problem getting in as they don't have a 24hr reception, but they sent us instructions which were super-easy to follow. The staff, when we met them the next morning, were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. We were given a voucher for breakfast in a nearby cafe/bar, (Harry's), which was excellent. The location is great for visiting Trieste. It's a 10 minute walk to the Grand canal and the Piazza Unita d'Italia which are right in the centre, where all the shops, restaurants and bars are. I highly recommend this hotel.

We waited too late to book hotels at the beginning of the summer, and ended up staying in three separate locations over the course of a five day stay in Trieste—but the two nights we had at Residenza Le 6A, by far the best hotel of our trip, more than made up for it. The room and building beautifully preserved early 20th century details (a period elevator, wood parquetry, Viennese-style chairs at the breakfast table—the listing photos don’t do it justice!) while providing modern conveniences (renovated bathroom, full kitchenette, very clean). The manager, Gabrielle, is extremely friendly, clearly passionate about the city and its history, and incredibly helpful wrt storing belongings after checkout. Thoughtful touches such as James Joyce decorated biscotti and a voucher for two free coffees at Caffe San Marco were lovely and contributed to the hotel’s graceful & subdued evocation of Joyce and Svevo’s Mitteleuropa. We also didn’t realize this before booking, but another pleasant surprise was that the hotel appears to be shabbos friendly (very poignant given the building’s history). Loved our stay; thank you to Gabrielle and everyone else!

Location perfect, a little overpriced, but for one night, you will get over it

Sono stata in questo bnb per una notte con il mio ragazzo. La posizione è il suo punto forte, a due passi dalla stazione e vicino sia al mare che al centro, ottimo per visitare tutto a piedi in una giornata. Abbiamo apprezzato il self check in, che ci ha permesso di arrivare e gestirci indipendentemente. Il palazzo è antico e inevitabilmente ha un odore forte quando si entra, ma le camere e gli spazi comuni sono moderni e ben tenuti. La struttura mette a disposizione una macchinetta per bevande calde e delle caramelle per accogliere gli ospiti, mentre in cucina sono sempre disponibili i prodotti per la colazione. Su ogni sportello ci sono dei cartelli che ne indicano il contenuto e sono disponibili delle mappe della città con indicate le attrazioni turistiche. La camera è spaziosa e ben tenuta, con un cuscino aggiuntivo e delle coperte nell'armadio, in caso di necessità. Il tavolo nella stanza permette di fare colazione in intimità. Il letto comodo e morbido, le lenzuola nuove e di qualità e i doppi vetri insonorizzano perfettamente i rumori esterni. Il bagno, nel nostro caso, era privato ma esterno alla stanza, anche quello pulito e con a disposizione un phon potente (molto utile se si hanno i capelli lunghi), sapone per le mani e shampoo doccia di due tipi differenti. Gli asciugamani anche sono messi a disposizione. Riassumendo, lo consiglieremmo volentieri a chiunque voglia soggiornare in questa bella città. L'unico consiglio da parte nostra sarebbe di mettere a disposizione un'alternativa salata per la colazione, essendo la scelta dolce molto più che abbondante. ☺️

Once agian we stayed in the best hotel / bnb in all of treste . Spotless rooms bathroom fresh an spotless evey day . We were met at the door by roberta (who was the owner we found out later ) which made us feel special. She spoke fluent English and helped us with where to go, what was happening ,and the best places to eat . When we came back in the eaving to our rooms we were welcomed home and offered a coffee ect . The breakfast was very varied in our choices and extremely fresh .and most of all very good value . We will definitely continue to come back every year
