"I love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem.... Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !"

"We stayed at their suite for 2 nights. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Very large room with a small kitchen enough to cook a light meal for a small family. Beds are comfy. Location is quiet. We drove around the city so cannot comment on public transport. They have a carpark in the building. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast room are both up to par. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend, and we plan to try out other hotels in the same brand in the future!"

"A wonderful stay. The hotel is within 15 walking distance from the Lyon station and also close to the nearby Westfield mall. There are a few good eating places nearby. There isn't much room service or amenities just the basic, no phone in the room. A small kitchenette for ease. The staff at reception is very welcoming. A special thanks to INGRID for all her support and kindness. She was a STAR 🌟. I recommend the hotel for short stays or a stay with no frills."

"This hotel was good for short stay with all basic needs such as shower, bed, sink, kettle and mini-shove, just no hair drier. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. However, it is worth to mention that there is no suitcase storage in the hotel. In terms of location, although this hotel is sitting next to an education Center and the main road with busy traffic, evening was quiet enough for some quality sleep. When considering it is just 5 min walk from Gorge Dr Loup Station, the location is ok."

"Very clean. It was quiet and we all had good nights of sleep. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast looked good and affordable though we did not purchase breakfast. Best of all, the location was amazing- close to shopping, restaurants, farmers market and views of the river Seine and the hilltop cathedral. We would definitely return. Thank you!"

"We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. It met our expectations and we have no complaints at all. It is located very close to a metro station (Monplaisir - Lumiere, green line) so the city centre can be reached easily. The price was very good too. I can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't eat breakfast there."

"The location is good in the sense that it is close to the tram station. Unfortunately, there were a few homeless tents set up directly under the bridge between the tram station and the hotel, and we had to walk past them to get to the hotel. That part felt a bit unsafe. However, aside from the homeless tents located directly under the bridge, the surrounding area was very clean, and we didn’t see any graffiti at all. The bridge area was really the only part that felt uncomfortable. When we arrived around 1:00 PM, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying the staff member was in the breakfast area, but there was no indication of where that was. A phone number was provided, but no one answered when we called. We understood that check-in wasn’t until later, but we simply wanted to leave our luggage so we could start exploring the city. After waiting about 20 minutes, a staff member finally arrived and informed us that our room would not be ready until 5:00 PM, even though the stated check-in time is 3:00 PM. We came back around 6:00 PM to check in, and the ladies assisting us were really nice and welcoming, which helped improve the overall experience. We rented this place with another family, and they were able to place us on the same floor next to each other, which was super awesome and very much appreciated. Once we were checked in, we did like the hotel. We requested that the sofa be converted into a bed for our girls, and this was done promptly, which we really appreciated. We stayed for only two nights, and there was no housekeeping service during our stay. It’s unclear whether housekeeping would be provided for longer stays. We were expected to take out our own trash and keep the kitchen area clean. While I understand washing dishes and cleaning up after ourselves, having to dispose of trash ourselves was inconvenient and should have been clearly communicated on the website. It was also odd that guests are expected to clean, yet dish soap and sponges are not provided unless you specifically ask for them. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this an aparthotel, as it lacks many services typically provided by a hotel. It feels more like a furnished apartment rather than a hotel-style accommodation. That said, we paid less than $100 USD per night during New Year’s Eve, which is excellent pricing. I would stay here again for the price and the level of service provided, but it would be helpful if the self-service expectations and the surrounding walking conditions were clearly communicated beforehand—for guests who may be willing to pay more for less work or for those who are not comfortable walking past the homeless area."

"Местоположение достаточно удобное для прибытия в город через ж/д вокзалы, так как в шаговой доступности остановки 2х линий трамваев. Заселялась в 10 вечера в будний день, на ресепшн был сотрудник(возможно, потому, что заранее предупредила о времени заезда). Опция хранения багажа так же есть, хоть и не указано в описании отеля."

"Everything was clean and I had a pleasant stay. However, the window blinds were broken so you could not sleep in darkness. The toilet kept making noises."
