Cari Hotel 2-Star di Lyon

Третий раз в этом отеле. Он минималистичный по комфорту (в номерах нет чайников, холодильников), но очень хорошая локация, приветливые сотрудники. В номере тепло, чисто, вид из окна на красивые дома. Вокруг магазины и кафе, метро рядом.

Pleasant stay, though I felt the method for unlocking the door is unnecessarily complicated.

It's nice place with affordable prices, I recommended it to everyone travelling in Lyon, and willing to budget her/ his expenses.

It was what I had expected. The receptionist in the morning, a young lady , I dont know her name but she was super helpful with my itinerary of the day. Thank you.

Oda aşırı ufaktı. Dolap yoktu öyle açıkta 2 askı vardı. Fön makinesi, kettle, cam bardak vs… yoktu. Tekrar yazıyorum oda o kadar ufaktı ki bavul koyacak yer yoktu. Kahvaltıda minimum çeşit vardı. Personnel sıcak ve ilgili idi. Resepsiyonun oraya sıcak su ve kahve poşetleri koymuşlardı. İsteyen bedava içebiliyordu. Semt kötü,tehlikeli değildi ama çok sakin, hiç kimsenin olmadığı bir yerdi. Bir daha kalır mıyım? Hayır üç gece ufak odadan daraldım. Odada kettle ve fön makinası da önemli benim için. Kahvaltıda yetersiz.

Очень любезный персонал, отличное местоположение: чистый, красивый, тихий район. Близко от ж/до вокзала, много магазинов (в т. ч.. продуктовых). Рядом метро, но мы не пользовались. Прекрасный чистый номер, удобный матрас и новое постельное белье.

Nous avons trouvé une super offre pour cette nuit, nous devions trouver près de la gare et nous avons été servie. D’ailleurs emplacement au top car proches de toutes commoditées. Propreté impeccable. Offre avec petit déjeuner (copieux et de 7h à 10h disponible), et avec une machines à café dernières générations, à jus dernière génération au top! Les employés de l’hôtel sont très très gentils et serviables, plutôt arrangeant et de bons services (arrivée tardive vers minuit et demande à la dernière minutes d’un balcon ou d’un coin fumeur et on nous a trouvé la chambre d’emblée et avec une super jolie vue). Malgré bord de route, nous n’avons pas entendu de bruit, hotel très calme et coin calme. Les seuls petits bémols était que tout est un peu « vieux » donc pas de tv connecté avec netflix ou autres (Mais chaînes tv ok), ancien sèche cheveux (mais peut dépanner 1x), moquette dans la pièce (un peu craintive car asthmatique), volets en fer qui ferment mal (mais bon rideaux), mauvaise isolation et climatisation qui ne fonctionnent pas (mais assez bonne température dans l’hôtel et la chambre). L’hôtel mérite quand même 5 étoiles, aucuns de ces petits bémols n’ont gêner l’utilisation de la chambre ou de notre nuit, bien au contraire. Merci à l’hôtel Helder et à ses employés! ❤️

До центра пешком около часа, но близко к метро. Бесплатно взяли багаж на хранение, но ранее заселение только за 15 евро. Сам номер темный, состарившийся, фена нет. Завтрак нормальный, можно наесться, но выбор скромный. Персонала приветливый, но больше одной ночи я бы там оставаться не хотела

Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.
