"The location was great, it was a bit outside of the center, easily to reach by car, and lots of options for public transport. We booked two rooms for two nights, in one of the rooms the heating was broken, which was a big issue since it was freezing and snowing outside with temperatures of -3°C. We reported the broken heating to the staff a total of 3 times, they ””noted it” but didn't do anything. We were not booked into another room with working heating, neither did we get a discount or (partial) refund. Overall would have been an OK stay, if it wasn't for the broken heating."

"The view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended. The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs. Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear. The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey. Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again."

"Location was below expectations for tourism but likely good for business travellers as it’s inside the business area. Rooms are clean. Only suggestion is to provide housekeeping for families with more than 2 nights stay. The need to clean the bin and collect own towels for tourists is a bummer. There are not many bakeries and convenience store within 2mins walk which can be a pain for winters.  Else good stay!"

"Location wise is good with easy access to public transportation - metro station and bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Few halal outlets around the hotel area and Monoprix (a supermarket) is just next building. If you stay longer, there's morning market on Wednesday and Saturday which offer a quintessential local experience for fresh produce, cheeses, and artisanal goods. Facilities provided is okay and comfortable. i have no complaint."

"I had a great stay at ZOKU! The staff were kind, the rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel had everything I needed. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city centre, but the metro station Port de Clichy is nearby, which makes getting around quite easy. Overall, it was a very good experience and I’d likely stay here again."

"The service was generally great, thanks to Abdir at reception who welcomed us warmly, provided recommendations and being supportive us throughout our stay. Didn’t get any food from within, but the facilities overall was amazing. Would definitely recommend and return here. Had a lovely time. Thanks!"

"Habitaciones con cocina en la parte más chula del XIXème. Limpio, agradable, y con un hermoso patio. A un paso de la Villette y de las Buttes-Chaumont, dos parques antagónicos, entre los más chulos de la ciudad. Si busca el Paris de los dorados, el lujo, y el pijerio puede sentirse decepcionado. Si quiere conocer el Paris real, donde la gente se saluda en el café, y lo chic convive con la rabiosa multiculturalidad del norte, se sentirá como en casa, y se llevará un pedacito con usted. "Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés melebihi semua jangkaan saya! 1. Lokasi - benar-benar sempurna! Hotel ini terletak betul-betul di tengah-tengah Paris, hanya beberapa langkah dari Seine dan tanda tempat ikonik seperti Notre-Dame, Louvre dan Luxembourg Gardens. Ia sesuai untuk menerokai bandar dengan berjalan kaki. 2. Kemasukan dapur di dalam bilik adalah kelebihan utama. Ia sangat mudah, terutamanya untuk keluarga atau mereka yang lebih suka memasak makanan mereka sendiri. Dapur dilengkapi sepenuhnya dengan semua yang anda perlukan. 3. Tab mandi di dalam bilik adalah sentuhan yang menarik, sesuai untuk berehat selepas seharian bersiar-siar yang sibuk. 4. Ketersediaan kopi percuma sepanjang hari adalah faedah yang kecil tetapi bertimbang rasa. Ia adalah hidangan yang bagus untuk penggemar kopi dan menambah pengalaman keseluruhan. 5. Kakitangan adalah sangat mesra dan membantu. Sikap mesra mereka membuatkan kami berasa dialu-alukan dan selesa sepanjang penginapan kami. Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini adalah pilihan yang sangat baik untuk sesiapa sahaja yang mencari keselesaan, kemudahan dan lokasi berpusat di Paris. Sangat mengesyorkan!"

"Their apartment services is the worst I have experienced so far, once the toiletries are provided before check in you wouldn’t receive another except if one is staying over 7 days. What an awful experience. I wouldn’t be returning there again. I have always booked apartments in all my travels never have I experienced a thing like this. You have to pay extra for the apartment to be tidied and for the beddings to be changed. But the location is wonderful despite the poor services."
