"Hotel ini adalah salah satu daripada banyak cawangan. Saya sebenarnya ingin menempah hotel lain, tetapi tersilap menempah yang ini. Kawasan sekelilingnya tidak sesuai untuk membeli-belah atau makan, dan perkhidmatan hotelnya tidak memuaskan. Sangat sukar untuk menghubungi pihak hotel jika ada masalah. Walaupun hotel ini mengikut prosedur standard, ada perasaan yang tidak dapat diungkapkan bahawa mereka tidak begitu peduli dengan tetamu. Saya tiba pada waktu pagi, tetapi terpaksa menunggu sehingga tengah hari untuk check-in. Anda mungkin tidak bersalah, tetapi saya tidak akan kembali lagi."

"Tempat nya cozy, nyaman, bersih, wangi cuman ada beberapa detail yang perlu di lengkapi seperti keamanan karena sepertinya terlalu gampang untuk seorang masuk tanpa akses tertentu, kedua tempat sampah di ruangan nya kurang banyak karena di beberapa tempat sebelum nya tempat sampah selalu ada 2 yaitu di dalam toilet dan di luar sedangkan disana belum ada 2 ."

"Pertama sekali saya menempah tempat ini selama 8 hari. Dari hari pertama memasuki bilik, terdapat begitu banyak peralatan yang berada dalam keadaan buruk. Pertama ialah mesin Basuh dan kemudian penghawa dingin tiba-tiba dimatikan pada tengah malam yang menyebabkan saya terpaksa menghidupkan semula suis. Terakhir ialah TV, juruteknik datang 3 kali untuk menghantar TV lain untuk ditonton. Namun saya sangat bosan apabila saya menonton Netflix saya dan TV kembali ke menu utama berulang kali. Saya menghubungi tetapi tiada sesiapa yang datang untuk memeriksa atau menghubungi saya semula pada waktu malam. Tetapi mereka berjaya menghubungi saya pada waktu pagi untuk membaiki TV. Penyelia hotel menghubungi saya, dan mereka menawarkan saya sarapan percuma selepas 7 hari saya tidak berpuas hati dengan masalah TV yang merosakkan mood saya untuk menonton filem bersama ahli keluarga saya. Tetapi saya gembira kerana kakitangan hotel cuba memperbaiki keadaan untuk kami. Semua kakitangan baik dan ramah. Cuma saya berharap pihak pengurusan dapat melakukan sesuatu untuk menaik taraf dan kerap memeriksa peralatan di dalam bilik untuk tetamu menginap."

"We have 2pax. Booked a 3 bedrooms (room 808,level 8) as most of the rooms were sold out. And getting a standard room and junior suite for the two og us becomes too expensive than a 3 bedrooms . Generally the service is considered good. Mattress is good by serta. 3 bedrooms have 2 toilet, one in ensuite with a room, the other can be shared with two other rooms. King size bed for 2 rooms while 2 single rooms for the 3rd room. Clean, tidy and provide basic amenities, just old furniture. The 2 bedrooms with kind size bed is facing the busy road (able to see St Regis Jot), so you can imagine the traffic noise from early morning. Balcony sliding door in one of the rooms cant be lock up at all as constructed alignment is put. A pity that this is not being supervised by the hotel closely. The common toilet has water leaking issue, from ceiling to floor. Altered twice within 2 days but they said they cant fix it and cant move us to other room. Question is, why selling it? Is so dangerous to have water keep leaking down and flooding the floor. Habitable cafe next to hotel provide decent dinning from 10am onwards till over midnight (turns into a live band pub in night)."

"The location is fantastic, very central and close to everything. The room itself is quite basic and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Syfira, who went above and beyond to help us plan our days and book our tours. She took the time to explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated. Beri gave us a warm and kind welcome during check-in on our first night, setting a great first impression. Jalu was incredibly professional and kind, consistently delivering five-star service. Fachri was also very helpful and efficient in assisting us with adding an extra night to our stay, it was such a smooth process. I’d also like to acknowledge the housekeeping team working behind the scenes. They kept our room spotless, ensured our amenities were always replenished, and regularly topped up our water bottles, thank you for your hard work. Overall, despite the room being quite basic, I would absolutely return without hesitation. The exceptional service from the entire team made all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Morrissey Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable."

"Staying here with my family was a truly satisfying experience, and it was absolutely worth it. The room was excellent, the location was very convenient because it is close to Citos and the toll road, the buffet was complete with many delicious options. Also, my daughter loves swimming at the pool. We will definitely choose this place again for our next staycation. I also enjoyed spending time in the lobby, which had a cosy atmosphere and comfortable seating areas. Breakfast was another standout feature. There was a wide variety of delicious food, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, local dishes, and international options. Everything was well-prepared and regularly replenished. The restaurant staff were attentive and courteous, ensuring that guests had everything they needed. What impressed me the most was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. Whenever I requested assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude. Although no hotel is absolutely perfect, I found very few things to complain about. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be that the walls were slightly thin, so I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly affect my overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay. Whether you are travelling for business, a family holiday, or a romantic getaway, this hotel offers excellent value for money and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family."
