If you are not eating, good hotel. If you want to eat, terrible hotel. The hotel has good, clean rooms. We had 3 meals there. All were very slow. At dinner, after more than 1 hour, the kitchen served us RAW chicken. The manager on duty, Helmud Manzaneda, admitted the chicken was raw—it was dangerous and completely raw below the surface. He apologized. Clearly the kitchen is overwhelmed. Two days later, the general manager, Elizabeth de Vera Loza, called to say the kitchen always uses a meat thermometer. At least in this case this was just not true. Hard to see why she would claim that when the manager on duty admitted the food was raw. To sum up, good rooms, terrible/dangerours food, unprofessional management.
