Hotel berhampiran Copenhagen Central Station, Copenhagen

I stayed for two nights and chose the hotel mainly because of the location. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. I know Copenhagen is an expensive city, but i did expect slightly more from my room. The room itself was tiny. The bed was under a window and there is a toilet cubicle in the room too. Once my case was opened, there was almost no room to get in or out of the bathroom . I am currently in another hotel in Stockholm for approximately the same cost and it is around three times as big with a sofa and sitting area. Feels like the company are simply trying to squeeze as many guests as possible into one building. I wouldn’t book again, even although it is in a good location and the staff were all lovely. Also, 95DKK for a cold breakfast (I realise it is continental, but there were NO hot items at all with 45 minutes of service to go) is very expensive.

I loved this hotel! Clean, comfortable, smart, awesome location (5 mins from the central station by bus and 2 mins by metro), nice staff with reception open 24/7 and so many things to offer. I was surprised the price was so low since it’s got everything you could possibly need. I’ve had a perfect stay!

It is a very good location for touring the city. There are also many good restaurants to explore.

Excellent option close to the airport, and you can reach the city centre easily by train or metro. It's also right next to, what we were told, the largest shopping mall in Copenhagen. Extremely convenient, especially for families.

Our flight arrived Copenhagen 10:20PM. It was nice to walk through corridor from airport to the hotel. Don’t have to expose to the 42F outside air. The room is simple, clean, and bed is comfortable. For overnight stay to catch next noon flight was perfect. Buffet breakfast with enough selections for us. Check in and out was simple because our fee was prepaid through trip. com. I highly recommend the hotel and trip.com.

My stay at Scandic Glostrup was ruined by a severe bed bug infestation, an ordeal that revealed a disturbing contrast in staff conduct. As a service engineer with over 18 years of experience and roughly 200 hotel nights annually, this was my first such encounter in a Nordic hotel, resulting in significant personal loss and distress. The sole bright spot was the hotel receptionist during check-out. Her helpful and caring demeanor provided a glimpse of proper customer service amidst this nightmare. However, this professional conduct was starkly overshadowed by the manager's shockingly inappropriate behavior. My urgent Friday morning email went unanswered until Monday, displaying a troubling disregard for guest welfare. Even more appalling was the manager's late-night email, rife with offensive insinuations. He had the audacity to suggest I remove my honest review and implied I might have introduced the pests myself. This attempt at victim-blaming was not just offensive, but entirely unacceptable for any hospitality professional. Adding insult to injury, he made an irrelevant comment about hotels not fining guests for bringing pests, further implying guest culpability. While a refund was eventually offered and a belated apology issued for the tone, the damage was irreparable. The chasm between the receptionist's professionalism and the manager's grossly inappropriate conduct highlights severe issues in leadership and guest relations at this establishment. Despite promises of improved pest control, I cannot in good conscience recommend Scandic Glostrup to anyone. The risk of enduring such an ordeal, coupled with this level of managerial misconduct, far outweighs any potential positives. This incident calls for a serious reevaluation of both their pest control measures and, more critically, their approach to guest relations, especially in handling urgent situations and respecting honest feedback.

Achamos um bom hotel de modo geral. Já esperávamos um hotel bem simples (na verdade achamos mais simples que um IBIS). O quarto é pequeno e com nenhuma comodidade. Não possuía ar condicionado e fez falta (nos forneceram um pequeno ventilador que francamente não ajudou em nada). Tudo MUITO SIMPLES - As camas, as toalhas e o café. A equipe é extremamente prestativa e é o grande destaque do hotel. O check in é feito pelo próprio hóspede. Os espaços comuns são bem espartanos, assim como o café da manhã. A cidade de Hillerod é bem pequena e não existem muitas opções. O que faz o hotel valer à pena: Equipe, estacionamento (pago) em frente ao hotel e a localização absurdamente conveniente. Fica a uma caminhada leve do Palácio Frederiksborg. Merece uma nota 7 com honras. Quarto pequeno e sem comodidades. Falta de ar condicionado (tem apenas um pequeno ventilador). Jogo de cama e banho BEM simples. Processos automatizados podem dificultar o acesso de quem não utiliza tecnologia de forma orgânica.

Restaurant and food it was wonderful,personal friendly and attentive,there was only one problem for parking you should pay a lot of money I paid 260 sek for 19 hours.

The no frills hotel has absolutely no frills; no service, not convenient. It was impossible to find anyone to help. The parking garage app didn’t work. Very frustrating for all the guests. I had to find a hotel employee to help me as well as 4 other guests trying to pay for parking. The rooms are very small and uncomfortable. We had a superior room that had a view of somebody’s apartment. There was one server in the lobby bar to accommodate the multitude of guests. She did her best but was quite overwhelmed with the requests. Only 2 luggage carts to haul your luggage from the parking garage to your room. I would never stay at another Clarion Hotel again. We couldn’t wait to leave!!!
