Hotel berhampiran Rosenborg Castle di Copenhagen

셀프체크인이 제일 펀했고, 퀸 베드 하나랑 이층침대 있는 곳에서 4인 (저희끼리) 이용했는데 샤워실이랑 화장실(변기)가 따로 있었구요 불편했던 점은 세면대가 너무 작아서 바닥에 물이.. 그거빼고는 잠만 자기에 괜찮았어요. 위치도 시내랑 가깝고 숙소 바로 앞에 마트 있어서 너무 편리했습니다! 밤에는 약간 시끄러운 점이 없지 않아 있었지만 방음은 잘 되는거 같았습니다. 여러명(4인추천)에서 같이 간다면 추천합니당! 숙소 근처에 있는 핫도그랑 태국음식점 무조건 드세요

I am Danish and I would not say that 25hours hotel is a luxury hotel. There are many shortcomings. It is beautifully located in the middle of Copenhagen behind the Roundtower. It is well soundproofed, so you can hear minimal outside noise at night. It is comfortably furnished and the mattresses on the beds are good. However, a mattress topper was missing. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner at Neni as well. The staff were nice, but not that service minded. The window in the room could not be opened. No rooms have a real bathroom. There is a separate toilet and shower and the sink is located in the room. We didn't like that and didn't think there was any luxury in it. Only body soap, shampoo and body lotion are available. A luxury hotel has a somewhat larger selection! There are only free channels on TV because the hotel believes that guests can chromecast what they want to watch. (I wonder how the foreign tourists do it)? The chrome caster in our room didn't work and since we are not young and going out on the town, we had been looking forward to enjoying the evening with a good TV programme. We were probably cheated there! The receptionist apologized and only after asking for a refund of the price, could she offer us a couple of vouchers for the bar. We think this was very petty of a so-called luxury hotel where you expect things to be in order. But she wanted to mention it to the morning receptionist so we could get a refund. She apparently forgot about this because there was no comment about it at checkout and the poor receptionist who was all alone didn't know what to do. The line behind us was growing, so I suggested that she could refund us the breakfast, which she was relieved about. At check-in we were told that there was a sauna and we could borrow bathrobes and slippers at the reception. We said we would look forward to this until the next morning. But fooled again... when we wanted to go to the sauna after breakfast, we were told that it opened at 2pm... honestly why didn't the receptionist mention it the day before. Service.. no, unfortunately the hotel does not know this word. We really like to go to luxury hotels once in a while on different occasions, precisely because we know that things just work there - like Guldsmeden's hotels, Nimb and D'angleterre. But 25hours Hotel unfortunately does not fall into this category. What you pay for here is exclusively the decor, and it is paid dearly.

Excellent location. Great value for money in the heart of Copenhagen. The room was clean and well organised. Good Wi-Fi. Slightly frustrating that we couldn’t do the self-service check-in but needed to wait in line. Not sure what the problem was but it seems silly to have lots of self-service desks but everyone in a line instead. Check out was fast and simple - just leave key cards in box and go.

Good location. WiFi is present, but Apple devices cannot connect, while Androids work.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is super convenient - only a couple of mins walk to the metro, really central location. I was anxious about the contact-free check in upon arrival but couldn’t have gone smoother. The locker room was also incredible. I tried to research beforehand how big the lockers were because I knew I needed to use them on my last day but couldn’t find information - but my large suitcase fit inside just fine. On way day I had a delivery and was worried about the lack of reception, but the hotel customer service called me when it arrived which was super helpful. Room was clean, bathroom was beautiful - my only critique would be the accessibility. There’s no lifts, lots of steps so wouldn’t be a good place to stay if you have a lot of luggage or/and have accessibility needs. I will definitely be staying again!

The size of the room is fine but without enough lighting facility. There is no hairdryer in the room and the kettle is dirty that you won’t dare to use it for boiling water to drink. The toilet have some weird smells. The room is not soundproof so whenever my neighbours are opening their door, I thought they are trying to open mine. There is a bus stop near the main entrance of the hotel and 10 minutes walk from the central station.

Very nice hotel located in the center of this city. Good experience here. Every thing was perfect except the noise from the pub down the building in the midnight. Luckily I was tired enough to fall asleep. All in all I would like to recommend this hostel for people!

Ok hotel for 3 star, but extremely expensive. 250 euro without breakfast, without minibar, to single beds, no view, not possible to turn down room temperature and with a noicy train passing outside is the most expensive room I have stayes at, at least double price of Oslo with the same standard..Fantastic with the bike rent just outside the door and friendly staff. Clean room. Recommend the boat trip and the botanical garden and other parks. Fantastic both of them.

Great place, exceeding expectations. My first time in a capsule, so was a bit concerned of noise, which “neighbors” to expect and how clean the facilities would be. The capsule itself was really good. Clean linnen, spacious for one person, wifi, USB’s for cables. Bathroom and toilets were kept clean (cleaned 3 or 4 times a day). All my neighbors were quiet and was mostly young back packers. Two downsides; - a minor one: the touch panel for accessing the capsule was a bit hard to use since it didn’t always catch the numbers I put in - a larger one: In case of a fire, it would be diffucult to escape. Fire extinguishers were present, but only escape route seems to be the main staircase. Apperently no windows besides the one in the bathroom.
