Ulasan Coco Hotel

Nice hotel which had a good atmosphere with the ground floor cafe area. Room was fairly small but the bathroom was well equipped. Overall a good place to stay and close to all amenities and the station.

Booked Coco hotel on a sort of a rush for New Year and by a recommendation from a friend. When I checked the reviews later on was a bit hesitant about my decision, complaints about cleaness, noise, service. In my case I found all the opposite. First great surprise: I had to make an ammendment on my booking and Coco hotel staff was accomodating. Service and communication: Before my arrival, I made few inquiries by email to Coco Hotel. I got everything sorted out, the replies were fast and got tons of useful information. Room were not big, not great but for Europe and Particularly Copenhagen standards were good enough I stayed in Winter so a fridge wasn't something i really needed. Room service came everyday, very clean and kind, always with a smile. Coco Hotel also has a very nice Coffee/bar on the first floor. I was staying on the level 1 (not ground level) and hardly heard a noise Lonela and Saulius at the frontdesk were always responsive and very very ver kind.

Although the room is not very big, the location is convenient. The service attitude is really nice always with smile :)

Ein nettes Hotel, sauberes Bad, gute Lage-etwa 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Tivoli. Das Sagaparkhaus circa 400m entfernt. Eine nette Begrüßung an der Rezeption. Die Betten waren gut. Das Hotel verfügt über einen wunderschönen Innenhof. Immer wieder gerne.

zentrale lage schöner Flair und gutes frühstück räder ausleihen hat gut geklappt und das personal ist sehr bemüht gerne wieder

The room was full of character full of color making it a happy place to stay. The bathroom had heated floors which was AMAZING! The cafe was always busy with people and was absolutely adorable. Also the hotel has partnerships with local businesses so I got a complimentary upgrade for spa service at AIRE and a discounted pilates classes at Studio 41. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

I wish I could rate higher than five stars. This place truly went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife. Very walkable area, extremely safe, front desk was amazing. Cafe is top notch. I sincerely cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful property, staff top notch, what more can I say?

The young lady at the front desk was consistently helpful and pleasant, a real asset to the hotel.

We loved staying at The Coco! It has a lovely lobby that doubles as a café, is conveniently located, and has very friendly staff to help!

The hotel was close to all the attractions we were going to see and very central. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable.

It was a lovely stay with very helpful and friendly staff. Love the chic vibe of the hotel. If there was one downside, I'd say the windows may need more double glazing as being a weekend stay, and street facing, it was a little noisier than hoped. But all in all, a lovely stay!

The people who worked were very nice. Our room was beside the elevator and there was no mention of a VIP upgrade or any benefit to ******* member. The hotel has a great location and unique relationship with the many restaurants it owns. When paying by plastic, (in my case a debit card -tiny processing fees) I was charged a significant fee by their processor - they mention that they do not charge more- bottom line- its a piss off as I was not charged this "fee" anywhere else DM. Regardless, the place is situated nicely and the people are helpfull.

Big disappointment. I should have listened to the negative reviews . The only thing going for this hotel was its location and close proximity to the train station. Bathroom had mold, staff was not friendly at all especially the male receptionist, elevator didn’t feel safe , carpets were old and dirty. It really didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel . Will not recommend .

This is a cute boutique hotel in a convenient location but the service was pretty terrible. My husband literally cut his foot on a piece of broken glass in our room. Then the shower flooded the bathroom so we were unable to use it for the night. The shower was fixed the next day and bandaids were offered but beyond that, we were not offered any sort of compensation. A clean room and functioning bathroom should be baseline, esp at a nice boutique hotel??
