No AC, so we opened the windows. We had to deal with multiple mosquitos, and the front desk told us they couldn’t do anything until the next morning. This was at 6 am. It was miserable

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When i booked at this hotel it stated on their website that the double room was at least 21m2. When we arrived, the hotel had a really bad smell and you could feel that the corridors hadn't been clean for a while. The room we entered was not more than 15m2 with a bathroom. Im pretty sure that the room hadnt been propely cleaned for a while as i could feel the surge for my dust allergy increase by 2000%. By all chance, i forgot my dust allergies and i felt like i was being punished by the hotel for it. Beforehand, I asked the hotel to have some diary free and gluten free alternatives for breakfast. There were 2 alternatives for 4 days. I feel like today me is disappointed i didn't do more research before spending money on this hotel.

A truly lovely hotel in the heart of Copenhagen but with one feature letting itself down. The room was mid-size and clean with large windows but lacked storage space. This was due to the wash basin being in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom, which was very odd! Its my first time seeing this setup in a hotel room. Maybe I haven't travelled as much as I think I have! The bathroom itself consisted of a shower and toilet with no wash basin and no room to dry yourself. And as for the opaque glass sliding door! These are not designed for privacy.

We were given a room on the 4th floor in the older section of the hotel. We had to lug luggage up a long flight of steps and then another three steps to get to the elevator. We had heavy bags and we are in our 70’s. And this after an exhausting day and a half of traveling. The receptionist did help me get one bag up. When we got to the room it was very warm. We were told the air conditioning would go on when the door was closed. It was a lie. There was no air conditioning. We found fans in the closet. Our room was situated in the front of the building. Across the street was an open air bar/music venue. The music was very loud. We asked the front desk when the music stopped. They said 9:00 pm or we can go across the street and complain. Tuesday night the music was going until 1:00 am.
Very frustrating! We also asked at the front desk if there was a usb port in the room. We were told behind the night table. That too was untrue. There was no usb port. Why give out misinformation?
The room was fairly comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Most help from the front desk was helpful.
There was no grab bar in the bathtub nor was there a bath mat. Not very safe.
I would not stay there again.

Fiftyseven Hotel in Copenhagen is a great place to stay. The hotel is very nice, breakfast is wonderful, and the location cannot be better. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice. The room is small but clean and the shower was very nice. The hotel is in a great location and very quiet. My only complaint was that the room was hot and stuffy. They don’t have AC but they provide you with a little table fan. We tried keeping the windows open, but then cigarette smoke would come in from the garden area.

Overall a pleasant stay, room was a decent size but very basic, could do with modernising. Hotel lobby very pleasing on the eye and a nice bar to relax in. Great location for access to the train station and Tivoli Gardens.
