This is one of the finest property I have experienced at GGN. I have been a regular visitor every month. Especially staff Mr. Nitin Mr.Ramesh Mr.Ajay Mr.Rev Anand Mr. Pradeep are extremely courteous and will make every possible effort to make your stay comfortable. Kudos To this entire superb team !

A small and less unpopular hotel which has been made years ago and has been forgotten. For years there has been no renovation or repair. Everything in the room was old, damaged and rusty. The mini-bar was not cleaned for months at least and was not working. Changing them didn’t work either. Locker in the room was good and for a change, working. The rooms didn’t have any heating installation and India is terribly cold at 5’ C. So this made my stay annoying. On top of that, ******* reservation was not found by the hotel and even with my printed confirmation the only two young men were reluctant to accommodate me. It took them 20 minutes to accept my reservation. I paid additionally for breakfast dinner but they said they can’t see the dinner included in the booking. So I had to go out for dinner. The location if not that good for walking but is indeed nearby a station. Shops and restaurants are not on walking distance. Breakfast was basic but Ok. Service staff were polite and helpful. No question to come back.

Room was neat and clean staf Miss Radhika was very supportive and it was nice stay during my visit to Gurgaon near Rajiv chowk . Food and facility was well in place . Hotel prices found nice and reasonable in this location

Very Poor Service. Staff doesn't bother about the feedback. So ***y mosquitoes were in room. Asked for for one spoon at 9.30 am but I didn't get till check out after so ***y calls. Breakfast dishes were empty nobody was ready to listen. Served tomato puree in place of tomato ketchup. Unprofessional behaviour of reception staff also.

Very bad service in part for birthday celebration on 6th October. Ramesh was not able to ***age waiter properly. If you book, you need to ***ager yourself and also pay yourself. Sab khud karna padega. Never recommend to anyone
