Sleep in Heaven

Worst service ever. Informed them by mail that kids were coming. They asked my guest to leave though being without an alternative accommodation. Secondly they asked for more money to al of a sudden accept the kids. Amazed that they have no dignity or service skills. They accepted but declined by arrival. Still haven’t received the money back

The hostel has a quite a hipster vibe so if that’s your thing you’ll love it. The social area is nice with an outdoor area. Whilst there is no kitchen there is a toaster and microwave you can use. They also do breakfast and coffee (although the extra charge for the oat milk needs to go!) I’d say there were two moderate issues. Firstly, the rooms were a bit cramped and the doors close quite hard and beep when using the key card. Although most people tried to be quiet, these were an issue when trying to sleep. Second,the showers and toilets were a bit dirty, obviously that’s to be somewhat expected in a shared area but some of it looked liked it had been there a good while.

Such a nice and clean hostel! A nice hang out area and bar! They provide each bed with a locker that comes with a lock! There is a reading light and outlet at each bed which is great! The pillows are so big and comfy! Definitely a great place to stay!

Absolutely lovely place! Loved the atmosphere and super cool staff. Breakfast 3/5! Loved the board with recommendations to explore the city. Was missing some fun/activities/get-togethers at the hostel. Difficult to meet and engage with others! Would come back though. Loved Norebro!

I stayed in a 16-mixed dorm room - it was smelly but clean. This hostel is not the best, but def, not the worst. I wish the shared rooms at least had a sink/mirror. Hard to make friends if you are solo traveling as it seems pretty low energy. Near a school, so you hear kids yelling and running around as they should, but it does hinder your sleep if you are trying to sleep in past 9:00. Overall, cute atmosphere.

Great staff, great location, great dorms, whichever inquiries I had, the staff helped me find a solution. very nice atmosphere as well. Met some interesting people there. Oh, and there is a lot of interesting travel/leisure information available about Copenhagen! I wish they had a fridge though.

All'ostello non si è mai soli quindi anche se parti per un viaggio in totale solitudine puoi trovare dei compagni di viaggio fantastici. La sala comune di Sleep in Heaven è molto confortevole, sa proprio di casa, di ritrovo per tutti. Ti puoi mettere lì con un libro, a controllare le foto che hai fatto o semplicemente a goderti una tisana o una birra e stai certo che troverai ottima compagnia internazionale. Le camerate sono grandi e miste, ovvio se scegli l'ostello devi avere un minimo di spirito di adattamento e di "gruppo" ma personalmente non ho avuto problemi con i ragazzi in stanza con me. Ho trovato il letto comodo, la stanza calda e i servizi igienici abbastanza ben puliti. Ogni camerata ha i suoi armadietti numerati che corrispondo ai letti, si aprono con la chiave magnetica quindi sicurezza OK. In bagno c'è anche un angolo dove vengono lasciati prodotti come bagnoschiuma/shampoo/deodorante ecc ad uso di tutti se serve, se li hai dimenticati.. l'ho trovata una cosa molto carina. La colazione puoi scegliere tra diverse opzioni (croissant o yogurt e muesli) + succhi e caffè/cappuccino ecc per 50 corone (che per i prezzi di Copenaghen sono ottime). Il quartiere è in una buona posizione, a piedi (se hai voglia di camminare) in 30 min sei in centro, vicino all'ostello di sono sia market 7-11 se vuoi farti una mini spesa e pub se si vuole andare a mangiare qualcosa all'ultimo. En general bien, el trato del personal muy bueno, lo único las camas y el suelo un poco ruidosos, y en la habitación entra mucha luz solar, tienes opción de desayuno y alquiler de bicicletas a buen precio.
