It’s first visit to Copenhagen for my husband and I, I booked standard room with water view for the night before cruise holiday, were very happy with the whole experience. The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.

We love this hotel. Everything about it is designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff, without exception, go out of their way to put you at your ease and make you feel at home. From the welcome coffee and pastries in the lounge to the bubbles and birthday cake for my husband in our room, nothing was too much trouble. We especially enjoyed being able to have an open fire. We had free access to Tivoli throughout our stay, with stunning views over the park from our room. It was magical.

Stunning! Exceptional! Visually pleasing! The architecture, the smooth modern design! The cleanliness and the polished look! It’s such a captivating hotel! I’m beyond baffled at the mixed reviews on Yelp! The staff went above and beyond! Kudos to Alex the receptionist, who became the bellman, the hotel concierge and the receptionist all within a span of 30 minutes. The staff was exceptionally, friendly and polite. Kudos to management, I hope they take good care of their employees! Such a polished hotel, central to a lot of activity in town! Next to Tivoli gardens and more! Thank you for such a wonderful time!

A well travelled friend recommended The Sanders Hotel and she was ‘spot on’! From the minute you walk through the front door, one feels like a home. Every aspect oozed the word comfortable and with the numerous comfortable sofas and candles one felt at home. Centrally located, the only drawback was the size and coziness of the room, a bit tight for a couple.

剛到的前兩天其中一部電梯的刷卡器壞了，沒有及時提醒，好多人不停的刷也去不到自己樓層，比較尷尬。 房間挺好的，很新很乾凈。 行政房入住第一天給兩瓶水，第二天不補。普通房不給水，當然，丹麥的水管水是可以喝的，看你自己咯。 頂樓有個酒吧，露天的，酒很棒，whisky sour是我喝過的最好之一。 主樓上麪有個壽司店，很貴，小康家庭慎入。 泳池很小，健身房很小但可以玩一玩的。 白天酒店門口出租車很多。夜間出發一般要提前訂出租車，不用加錢。 距離tivoli樂園走路10分鐘，也可以租酒店的自行車，150-500克朗一天。

The location is good and the service is quite nice. Just that the single room is unbelievably small and there is no fridge in the room either. Another thing I have to mention is that the bathroom door simply won't stay open and keeps shutting automatically, which is absolutely dreadful. The shower door is broken. Other than above, it's fine. But what's left anyway?

酒店位置相當不錯，距離中央火車站走路不到10分鐘。酒店附近有個河道，風景不錯。酒店附近走路不到10分鐘，有小超市和小餐館，購物吃飯都比較方便。而且遊樂場tivoli也在10分鐘範圍內，晚上在房間可以看到煙火。酒店的早餐比較簡單，種類不多，但是勝在新鮮，每天都是一樣的，有點兒boring。酒店的房間大小中規中矩，裝修比較簡單，類似國內快捷酒店。床和枕頭也比較一般，不像4星級酒店。最讓人頭痛的是地板很滑，地上有水很容易摔倒。酒店的服務不錯，工作人員都很友好。

We stayed in the Copenhagen Marriott the night before our cruise holiday, then booked the Square for one night post our cruise holiday to be closer to central station. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30am on 5th June, asked if could store our luggages as we knew the check in time was 3pm. The lady at reception checked the system, offered an upgrade to a better room that was available for a reasonable fee, so we took the offer. The room size was no comparison to Marriott, so was the view but with nearly £100 cheaper in price, Metro station across road, everything we needed, we were not complaining. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, with mini fridge, snacks and drinks, steam iron, safe, foldable luggage rack, charging station provided. Bathroom was modern with everything we needed and more (hand cream, shoe care and vanity kit). The breakfast was tasty with good selection, we liked IPad operated juices and coffee station, all the modern styled serving dishes. We plan to visit Copenhagen again, will definitely stay in the Square hotel instead of Marriott as we believe it’s great value for the money.

I arrived early from my flight, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful reception staff who had a room ready for me. They assigned me a room on the ground floor, which turned out to be a great choice as it eliminated the need for using the lift. I had booked a standard single room, and while it was basic, it was impeccably clean, and the hotel's decor was tasteful. The shower had excellent water flow, and although my room faced the courtyard (requiring me to keep the curtains drawn for privacy), I didn't spend much time in the room, so it didn't bother me. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Our goals in Copenhagen was to visit Tivoli Gardens. It's a very short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous. I used the laundry service and was 100% satisfied with the service. Staff was so helpful in giving us information. Room had all the amenities we needed, refrigerator, plenty of places to stash our belongings during our stay. We loved the little balcony overlooking the area. Would definitely stay there again.

The size of the room is fine but without enough lighting facility. There is no hairdryer in the room and the kettle is dirty that you won’t dare to use it for boiling water to drink. The toilet have some weird smells. The room is not soundproof so whenever my neighbours are opening their door, I thought they are trying to open mine. There is a bus stop near the main entrance of the hotel and 10 minutes walk from the central station.

Really nice new hotel. Kudos for the bedding, often in Denmark the bed is made like you are at a hostel, but here it is really nice. The room is small, but sufficient l, and the bathroom is nice with an enclosed walk in shower. Huge tv and floor to roof windows makes it a pleasant room to stay at. It is simple and I don’t think I would recommend a longer stay, but for that the Residence inn is right next door. Nordhavn is a new area, but with lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. I can recommend Husted wine bar. Free nice breakfast is a plus.

Lol Ia sangat bersih, saya tinggal selama beberapa jam, tetapi saya dapat tidur dengan perlahan. Perkhidmatan ulang-alik percuma ke lapangan terbang sangat mudah. Walaupun saya agak lewat di dalam bas, pemandu menunggu kerana sudah pagi dan tidak ada penumpang lain. Saya tidak menggunakannya kali ini, tetapi nampaknya ada gim dan kolam renang.

We love this hotel. Everything about it is designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff, without exception, go out of their way to put you at your ease and make you feel at home. From the welcome coffee and pastries in the lounge to the bubbles and birthday cake for my husband in our room, nothing was too much trouble. We especially enjoyed being able to have an open fire. We had free access to Tivoli throughout our stay, with stunning views over the park from our room. It was magical.

We stayed here for a short break in January. Firstly the location of the apartments is pretty good, the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk (Netto) from the apartment and the city centre and main high street are also pretty close so no need for taxi's which are very expensive!. It was very clean and modern and there were nice little touches like coffee pods and some condiments included. There were a couple of issues with the apartment, firstly there is no wardrobe. There is a small coat rack but that is not really suitable if you were staying for more than a weekend but an iron and ironing board are also provided. Secondly it was cold and only 1 side of the radiator in the apartment worked so that was far from ideal when it was literally freezing outside. The bed is quite low and very soft so was not overly comfortable for backs and the pillow situation needs sorting as they are more like cushions than pillows! The furniture in the studio apartment is low spec and a bit uncomfortable so don't expect anything great but they were functional. They need to consider regular blinds for this property. There is a black out blind but if you want to see daylight in daylight hours the room faces an office building so we were not able to open the blinds and had to have the blind down so could not see natural daylight and the thin curtains they had up were too small for the window so were completely useless!!! We did email the owners a couple of times with questions but no one came back to us which was disappointing.....
