Hotel di Mactan, Cordova

One of the best hotels with good customer service and excellent facilities! I don’t normally write long feedback, but I was beyond happy and my expectations were truly exceeded. Kudos to both pool attendants — they’re polite, kind, and very attentive to kids. The Wi-Fi was great, perfect if you’re working while on vacation. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free! The receptionists and F&B staff were amazing. Breakfast didn’t have too many options, but everything was delicious and worth the price. The room was quite small, especially if you’re traveling with kids, but it was clean, cozy, and smelled great Good Job to house keeping department!! The hotel also offers free access to the Mactan Newtown beach and pool, which was amazing! They provide a free shuttle service on schedule, but if you don’t want to wait, no worries — it’s just a short walking distance. My baby Franco really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will surely Belmont Management, please take care of your people — they’re your gems! Customers will surely keep coming back because of them!

Savoy is a good hotel, as it is located in the very center of Mactan, not far from the beach. The staff is friendly, on the first floor they give a towel and an entrance to the beach. The room was quiet, as was the whole hotel. On the first day they gave a dessert, it was nice and sweet. The water pressure in the room is good, there was always hot water. A gym and a swimming pool are available. The hotel was very humid, so things took a long time to dry. The floor in the room was dirty, as if it was never wiped.

Rooms: Clean, well-designed, and comfortable — especially the Premier Rooms with city view • Pools: They have several pools, including an infinity pool and one with slides, great for both kids and adults, however inflatable pool & the other pools are under renovation. • Activities: You can enjoy kayaking, biking, and relaxing by the poolside lounges. The sunset views are a must-see! • Service: Staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help — they make the experience even better.

I'm kinda disappointed in my stay here because the fact that I compared this branch with Panglao branch, so i was expecting the same amenities. The service were the same all smiles to all the customers but I'm disappointed for the amenities because my room doesn't have hot shower and the building needs for detailed upgrade. I booked on this building as I was hoping it's newly renovated the place was new however some furniture way outdated and needs a more thorough upgrade. Love the earth restaurant still 🩷🧡💛

The staff were so nice and accommodating. They truly cared for us when the earthquake happened on the night we were sleeping in our rooms. We used the stairs from the 5th floor post incident fearing for the aftershocks…we all stayed by the under renovation pool to stay away from the building in case it collapsed. The building swayed so much with the 6.9 magnitude..it was scary. The staff were calm and kept us all comfortable despite being scared themselves too. They helped us all moved to the 2nd floor after midnight post safety inspection.

Good service,facility. The location is not that good but can be accessed by taking grab Our fav part is that you can feedung fish while you are snorkeling, which is very interesting Overall, it's a valuable hotel and will visit again if we travel to cebu again 😊

Hi! Crown Regency Suites Mactan provides good service and very nice amenities. The staff are respectful and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. The room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable — a great place to relax. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with flavors that were fresh and satisfying. The presentation was appealing, and the portions were just right. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Costabella. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the private beach—it was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The on-site restaurants offered a great dining experience, and overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Great for a weekend gateway Beach looks very nice. Beach restaurant, bar and view are great, however we visited it during Halloween evening and instead of chilling vibe there was loud sound of horror movies that no one watched in that moment. Unfortunately we left due to this. Pizza restaurant is super nice with a la carte menu, team’s congratulations for guests bdays are fun. Pizza, pasta, zucchini with feta are in the top. The only recommendation is to have a faster service, many dishes after oven waited for waiters. Overall we enjoyed our stay even time was very limited

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Dusit Thani, For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose Dusit thank by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is because of the service given to us!
