Marguerite's bed and breakfast was a home from home atmosphere, she is a lovely Lady and had a lovely warm welcome for my Husband and myself with tea and biscuits on arrival which was lovely especially if you had travelled from a distance or not. Beds were comfortable,nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the shower was fine too. Breakfast was delicious. The beautiful Angels Marguerite hand crocheted some of which I bought, I gave them as gifts and hung one on my Christmas tree .Her garden is fab and if it's a nice day, it's very peaceful to be able sit outside and enjoy it. I have passed on this information to people who might be interested in staying in Marguerite's b&b and hopefully my Husband and I will get to stay there again.

Great B&B, easy to find in a quiet location only a short drive from the centre of Skibbereen. The room was very comfy and had everything I need for my stay. Breakfast was lovely, there is a choice of cereal, fruit as well as a cooked breakfast. Marguerite is a lovely lady and a great host very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Only home after staying 3 night with Marguerite. Such a wonderful host . Her home is gorgeous & spotless. Herself & her husband Joe are such lovely people. Everything about them is wonderful from the very clean rooms to the great breakfast . Marguerite goes out of her way to help with booking tables for dinner to telling u all the beautiful places to visit. When we arrived she made tea coffee & cake for us after our long drive very nice touch . We had the best trip & would like to thank her & Joe for helping us with everything. Lifts into town & even back when we couldn’t get a taxi . We will definitely be back again looking forward to it already. . Aileen & Darrell xx

Had a wonderful stay. Comfortable bed, lovely room, clean bathroom and delicious breakfast. Beautiful all round. Stunning gardens too. And Marguerite was amazing. Plenty of parking and Marguerite was so accommodating. We shall return!

Stayed here for two nights recently. Lovely place and close to town. The breakfast was as good as you’d get anywhere, you have a choice of a number of hot breakfasts and each as good as the next. This B&B has everything you need for a trip to West Cork. I would highly recommend.

Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, sauber und alles sehr gepflegt. Ausgezeichntes Frühstück! Wir haben auch gute Tipps erhalten! Das Bad ist eher klein, aber ok. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants beachten.
