We stayed here for 3 nights, and couldn't have been happier. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub where always clean and very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, eggs, meat, waffles, yourgart, fruit, toast, bagels and cereal. We highly recommend and we will stay here again, if ever down here again.

I understand that loss of occupancy during covid might have taken a toll on some hotels. I'm assuming that's the reason the owners of this hotel haven't put any funds into improvements - wallpaper in all hallways and the rooms is peeling - it's been reglued (not very well) and stapled in so many locations - it just looks gross. The elevators aren't very clean. Carpet and furniture are dated. Towels are thin. Our bathroom had mold, even though they'd tried to paint over some of it. The lighting in the rooms is too dim, and there's an outlet only on one side of the bed. TV is old but big. There's a microwave, which is nice, but it will take 4x the normal time to heat something. Also a refrigerator in the room. Coffee pods didn't fit into the machine but still worked (still not great coffee - we went out for it). Front desk staff was friendly. We slept ok as long as we cooled the room before bed then turned off the in-room AC unit before we went to sleep. Breakfast was typical (yuck - didn't even bother). Pool area didn't seem too bad. We needed a hotel in this area and this one had the best reviews; I'm not sure why. But if it's the best one, I'd hate to see the others. If we had to come to this area again, we would look for something better, even if it was an extra 10-15 minute drive.

Booked a room for two days to watch the fireworks display on Ocean Drive. For $350 a night, the room had no refrigerator, no toothpaste, poor amenities. And we had roaches visibly crawling on the walls at times. The view was amazing, the restaurants in the hotel were OK. But pretty much never going to use this hotel again

I stayed at this hotel three nights. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.All of the staff were friendly. The location was by many restaurants and other local attractions. The breakfast area had a great view, and friendly staff. There was a variety of breakfast items included in the free buffet. Like many of the local hotels there is an additional charge for parking. (They do have a covered parking area.)

Lelaki Perancis di meja depan sangat mesra dan kacak, ah, maafkan nympho kecil saya. I’ve stayed here several times. Each time gets worse. This is going to be my last time. Hotel repair gets worse each time. For two people we were given one wash cloth and one towel each cause the third towel had to be used as a bath mat if we didn’t want a slick bathroom. The shower curtains have grime and mold on them but at least this time I didn’t have a poop smear on the window curtain! Fire alarm went off in the morning (and while exiting the lobby ever since the panel was still going off so that was a super unsafe feeling). Breakfast is a busy mess but I get it’s summer so going to give that a pass. However my issue is upon arrival I knew I’d have to check out a night early due to an issue that arose, could’ve just left and not told them but no I wanted to give them an option to sell the room again. I knew I would lose points that I used but I get it. Talked to who I think was a manager, she seemed kind and knowledgeable but said to double check in with desk. Every other front desk person I dealt with was incompetent. Did not understand what I was asking despite spending time explaining. Said “just tell us on the way out”. Acted like I was an inconvenience. Now I see them trying to charge me 110 more dollars on top of keeping my points?! Guess I should’ve left the room empty. I’m Titanium and Marriott all the way but after this stay I’m done with this place and the other local Marriotts have worse reviews. I advise trying another brand.
