Hotel LIVVO Corralejo Beach

晚餐很差衹有3個菜可選，而且要等好長時間，服務不好，飲料是收費的，有一天訂了飲料服務員給忘了，還有一天訂的餐也給忘了，後來的客人都吃完走了，我們的餐也沒有上來，催了服務員後才把我們的訂餐端上來，很難吃！吃晚餐的客人很少。

The reason for the one star is the location which is excellent. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time under the Livvo banner. In the past we have found this hotel to be of a really good standard, clean and friendly. The food was always good with plenty of choice. This time we arrived to a room that did not have the usual fresh and clean smell and it most definitely was not clean. The shower had a very good crop of mould growing in the corners and we always showered in our flip flops as it just did not look clean. The bidet had some poop stains left in it presumably from previous occupants of the room which was quite horrifying. There was a layer of thick dust under the microwave, greasy marks on the woodwork and something not nice splashed up the walls. There were loose floor tiles and generally the room looked scruffy. No working TV and no aircon available and the shower was not working properly and the toiletries by way of dispensers were both empty. This leads us to the conclusion that this room was not cleaned on change over to any kind of standard. The breakfast was acceptable and there was show cooking for fresh eggs with plenty of choice. NOW - the evening meal - this was not a buffet meal with show cooking as advertised. There was a limited salad bar and a choice of a couple of desserts but the buffet had been withdrawn to be replaced by a sad menu with two options of one fish and one meat dish and no vegetarian option. When asked about vegetarian choice was told we could have an omelette we left in disgust and ate out as non of these choices appealed after a day of travelling. The following evenings were no better and when we did manage to try a meal one evening it was cold and seemed pre-cooked. We complained to the Jet 2 rep who told us due to complaints the buffet was to be reinstated but this turned out to be untrue as we spoke to the hotel Manager who told us this was not the case. He also told us that evening meals were freshly cooked to order!!!! There were not many takers for the evening meal and now we know why. To sum up after half a dozen lovely visits to this hotel in the past we would NEVER stay here again as standards have dropped considerably and we had the worst holiday experience ever. Once these people have taken your money they do not want to know if there is a problem so please beware.

2nd time back to the Corralejo Beach after a fabulous experience last year. Such a shame this year was a let down purely to the room we were in - 205. I had booked a premium room to get the extra space like last year but the room was very very small and somewhat dated. Only a bed in the bedroom nothing else would fit so no dressing table or drawers. The wardrobe doors were too big and heavy to push so didn't bother with these. The kettle had to sit on the floor (as shown) the flex was so short it wouldn't reach a plug...and to get it on a table it meant rearranging the furniture...I think not. Dark and dated...spent very little time in the room. Rest of the hotel was superb. Staff excellent in the restaurant and pool bar and the lovely chap on the desk (I think is Swedish) super helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Last moan is the pool beds. It says underlined on the welcome information they are not to be reserved. By 8am every bed had a towel on it and no one in site. My advice...no one on it? Remove the towels. Simple. Saves the people sat on wooden chairs the wait for ones to become free. Luckily we're beach fans and headed there. Would definitely go back. The location of the hotel is spot on. The room would need to be 100% better...had it not been for the fact we were only there a few days, I would of asked to move.

We booked a room with twin beds but got given a very small room with a small double bed. As my husband is partially disabled this wasn't good for us but the next morning without fuss we were moved to a larger room with twin beds. Everything is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would consider revisiting.

Had a bad start to our holiday, couldn’t get into our room the key wouldn’t work took ages to sort. Then went to put our valuables in the safe and there was no key so I went to reception to get one and they asked for 20 euros deposit and a charge of 2 euros a day. I have been in a lot of hotels in different countries and not one has ever asked for money to use the safe. When you pay for a room you expect to get the benefits of that room

Chose this hotel for its location, which was perfect. Also its 4 star status!! Bit of a shock when we walked into our apartment. Really tired and run down. The kitchen is behind a dark worn folding door, which folds back and fore everytime you want to use the sink or the 2 hobs with the bare amount of crockery and utensils and a saucepan. Small orange sofa which has seen better days. The balcony was so tiny just about accessible. The bathroom was small, the tiles were so worn and old . The hotel was clean and the breakfast area was pleasant with a varied choice. We didn't use the pool but there were always sunloungers available. When looking to book, the first photo to view are the green sea room facing apartments. On enquiry at reception, the hotel only owns 4 of them, not the approximately 20 that it looks like are a part of this hotel. Disappointed with the hotel which has 4 stars by the side of its name as you enter reception! Loved Corralejo.

Excellent hotel, Staff are very friendly and helpful, Santos at the pool bar and restaurant is good laugh always pulling your leg, the hotel is spotlessly clean and there is a very relaxed feeling about it, it's very central and right on sea front with beautiful cove beach to the right, our room 223 looks onto the main *****, which is pedestrianised, can be a little noisy some nights but not to bad, good double glazing in the room 😴😴, there is plenty of eating places near by and supermarket about 150 metres away, balcony gets the sun all afternoon, which is great to sit in the evening with a drink and people watch, would definitely recommend it, oh and they do a fantastic barbecue at the weekend, very reasonable price and served at your table, so no queuing up, very civilised 😂😂would definitely recommend it and if I came back to Fuerteventura I would definitely book it again, thanks LIVVO beach

I had a great trip to the livvo corralejo beach in April, very pleasantly surprised as I had heard it was a little old looking. Admittedly it had the odd paint chipping of doors etc but everything else in the apartments were excellent. We went for bed and breakfast as there is plenty of restaurants and bars very near by , breakfast was superb with a large supply of all types of food. Swimming pool was heated which is hard to come by in correlajo and the staff from reception to cleaners were really friendly. I was that impressed I've booked in again in december..

Location can't be beat, neither can the hotel. From the moment we booked in until the moment we booked out ( 14 days) our stay in Corralejo Beach was the most perfect we have had in the many years we have stayed in Corralejo. ALL staff members were excellent, conscientious and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Cleanliness external and internal was adhered to rigorously by staff. Rooms were meticulously clean (rooms were undergoing updating) with towels and linen more frequenly changed than 2 days. Plenty of sunbeds available if beds around pool are taken. Have read previous bad reviews. indicating staff were unfriendly and food awful. Don't believe a word, staff were great and everyone very friendly, the breakfasts were very good and catered for every taste from whatever country. All staff worked tirelessly to make everyone's stay enjoyable. There are the few that will enjoy finding criticism in any thing even if it is untrue. 4 adults in our party, we were all of the same opinion hard to better location ( on main street, central to bars, restaurants, shops ferry terminus) and a really good hotel. Well done Livvo, Corralejo Beach Hotel.
