Barceló Corralejo Sands

Just had 2 nights here after coming from Lanzarote. Faultless hotel. With great location. Wonderful warm welcome from Ruben who explained everything for us. Able to leave luggage in storage while we waited for our room and given a drinks voucher. Room was huge, with separate sitting area. Loved the extra Appletize and wafers (nice touch). Everywhere was spotless. Had a patio and straight out to the pool area. Just had a touch of luxury feel to it. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and great quality. 2 days was just not long enough. Would definitely like to return for longer next time.

Visited here Sep for 2 weeks, it was our 4th visit and it did not dissapoint. Unfortunatley i was poorly while i was there and had to go to hospital. I have to say the concern, kindness and support shown by the staff and management was second to none. All staff work endlesly and hard to make your stay a special one. We met some really lovely people, Special hello to Luca and staff in the pool bar you all work very hard. We look forward to seeing you next year.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, tidy, and very spacious – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The highlight for me was definitely the gym. It’s hands down the best hotel gym I’ve ever come across, with everything you need for CrossFit or functional fitness. If you’re a gym-goer, you’ll be more than happy here. We went half board, and the food didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was always fresh, with delicious omelettes made to order every day. Dinner was just as good – different themed nights with plenty of choice, including great vegetarian options. The staff were all so friendly and polite, which really made the experience feel even more welcoming. For families, the facilities are great. The kids’ pool has a fun pirate ship slide, which my son loved, and there’s also a kids’ club on site – perfect for giving the little ones a break from the sun. The main pool looked lovely too, but it did get very busy, so we tended to stick to the kids’ pool. The location was ideal – right by the *****, which has everything you need and makes for a nice evening stroll after dinner. Plus, there’s a beautiful beach only 10 minutes away by bus called Grandes Playas, near the RIU hotel. The soft sand and clear water make it a must-visit during your stay. All in all, this hotel is a brilliant choice for both friends and families looking for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. We would definitely return!

The hotel is nice and new and the suites wre spacious with good amenities. Theres a mini fridge witb water and tea and coffee facilities. the bedrooms large with a chair and a huge 65 in flat screen. Only 2 english channels but u can take a fire stick if u have one. We went half board and food is gery good plentiful even if u are a fussy eater. The AI in my view was not worth the money as its cheap to wat and drink out 2.5 € for a beer €15 fir a meal. The entertainment was ok but go out most nights. Beds see are big and comfy. Pool is spacious and sun beds are always available and we saw no loungers being grabbed first thing it was all quite civilised. Air con is average but the hotel itself is on a back rd literally 2 min walk to the lively ***** in corralejo. Taxi from airport is €57. Overall a lovely hotel in a lovely resort. We will definitely come back. Good value ror money with staff who can speak english well. Hotel is immaculate throughout and staff are friendly and helpful.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this lovely hotel and are returning guests after staying last year. The standard is fantastic- a true 4 star. Both years we have had deluxe rooms either with a patio or balcony area. The rooms are very big and well equipped overlooking the pool area. The staff are great and really friendly and helpful, particularly one of the waiters who we always discussed the weather with and the reception staff. The hotel is in a great spot at the top of the main ***** with many bars, restaurants and shops around. The bus stop to the dunes etc is a short walk away. We ate breakfast every day which was plentiful, good quality and lots of choice. I'm vegetarian and always ate well. We only ate one night at the hotel which is no reflection on the food, we just like to get out and about and support local businesses. The room keys are very good. Just a small oval shaped piece of wood on a band around your wrist which has a chip in it. So pleased we stayed at this hotel. Yes there are cheaper ones but which lack in standards and quality. Yet another wonderful stay at the Barcelo Corralejo Sands. My sister and I stayed for 5 nights half board. Room was huge and spotlessly clean. Food at breakfast and dinner was lovely and fresh with a different theme each night. Shout out to Jose in the restaurant who was always friendly and efficient. We had spa treatments which were fabulous. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. We will be back next year for sure.
