Las instalaciones son modernas y destacan por su limpieza y espacios diáfanos y acogedores. Las habitaciones tienen una decoración muy bonita y están equipadas con todo lo necesario: pantalla TV grande, sofá, cama muy cómoda, baño amplio, nevera, calentador de agua, plancha... El personal de recepción: todos encantadores.

Nos alojamos dos noches y estuvimos muy cómodos, hotel con todos los servicios. Estancia muy agradable. El desayuno espectacular con mucha variedad y el trato del personal de 10, en especial una chica que se llamaba silvia muy amable. Repetiremos seguro!!

El hotel nos pareció excelente, todo muy limpio y también lindo, contratamos una habitación más a la mera hora, porque era pequeña para 4 personas, pero el personal siempre fue amable y nos explico todo con claridad. Creo que su personal es lo que más nos gustó y lo que hace que recomendemos que ahí te sentirás cómodo y bienvenido!!!

I never been before and as soon as park and see there were Electric charging point my expectations went up. Really was a lovely place with clean and tidy rooms a little bigger than standard Ibis red in Spain. Staff was friendly and provide all service quite fast. For sure will come back

Clean rooms, nice reception, location in a center of Tres Cantos. Price for reservation acceptable, breakfast you have to pay extra but is not the best one. In general good experience, want to stay again

This is a very inexpensive hotel, but you get a big bang for your buck. Conveniently located on the way from Madrid airport to Andalucia, it serves its purpose quite well. (Very near the airport, we got in in approx 30 min with no traffic). Parking is easy and plentiful. Our room was ready even though we arrived a few hours early, and the staff was pleasant and professional. The room itself was a bit smallish for 3 people (couch + double bed), but quite decent for 2. The bed was firm and supportive. Bathroom surprisingly spacious for a European hotel. No fancy amenities, but none are really expected in this price range. Very solid breakfast, with a good size breakfast room. A big shopping mall just across the street with plenty of dining options. Some kid entertainment as well - for smaller children. Bonus - there's a Costco in Getafe.

A calidad precio es imbatible, aparte está concertado con el parque warner y puedes adquirir entradas + hotel Está algo alejado del centro de Madrid ,unos 25 minutos en coche , pero por lo demás todo son ventajas , problemas con el aparcamiento ninguno,aparte si querés aparcar en el parking del hotel ,son 5 euros las 24 horas , pero fuera no e tenido ningún problema en los 4 días que e estado,y como es un polígono ,hay sitio de sobra,sin zona azul ni historias El desayuno,aunque cortito a lo que uno está acostumbrado de lo que hay en un hotel, tiene todo lo básico ,croassans, Sandwich, 4 tipos de chacina incluyendo jamón ,tortilla de patata , un día hubo churros ,cafeteras de estas que hacen varias cosas....chocolate , latte machiato ,café solo, ........ 4 variedades de zumos ,para mí el mejor es el de mango En la recepción son simpáticos ,y te ayudan en todo que te haga falta siempre con una sonrisa La limpieza para mí a sido impecable , ningún problema,de los 4 días que hemos estado ,todo reluciente cuando volvíamos,y eso que la habitación era de moqueta y yo iba con niños ,y la dejaban perfecta Si estás pensando en venir aquí, no lo pienses más no te vas arrepentir,yo si vuelvo a Madrid ,sin duda será mi sitio

I’ve just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I definitely won’t be going back and I wish I’d read some of the recent reviews before I came. It’s true, there is no recognition of the Marriott reward status at all. This recognises people who regularly stay at Marriott hotels and spend a lot of money at Marriott hotels but for some reason this AC doesn’t seem to care about that. I checked in, no recognition. No room upgrade, no mention of breakfast, no welcome gift. Nothing. In the evening when I returned I asked about these things and was told at AC hotels the only thing I am entitled to is $10 per person room credit. Apparently I chose to decline that and take points instead. I didn’t because I was never asked. The evening reception person said he would amend that. I then asked what I could use the $10 credit on. I was told mini bar or the bar but for some bizarre reason the bar doesn’t open at weekends which includes Friday night. This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so why wouldn’t it at least have the bar open every night. The hotel is full this weekend. Wouldn’t the bar be busy if it was open? I’ll leave my review at that but basically, don’t expect much from this so called Marriott hotel. I won’t be staying at an AC hotel again.
