Отель понравился, современный ремонт, продуманные детали. Удобная кровать, большой телевизор. Отдыхали одну ночь с ребенком. Завтрак был достаточно сытный и разнообразный.

Inmejorable elección para alojarse si quieres visitar Alcalá de Henares A 15 minutos de la zona antigua (y de tapeo) de Alcalá de Henares, este hotel es súper tranquilo, fenomenal para descansar, buenas almohadas, las habitaciones son muy amplias, muchos detalles en la habitación (gel de baño, shampoo, jabones, set de afeitado, albornoz, peine, zapatillas, secador, baño con ducha+bañera independientes ,...), piscina con buenas vistas, ... Etc A destacar la amabilidad de Gustavo, el recepcionista (sus consejos para visitar la ciudad, sobre sitios para tapear, parking gratuitos, ..etc no tienen precio), Si hay que poner un pero, los precios de la cafetería del hotel (si pretendes cenar allí, considerando que estes cansado y no te apetezca ir a Alcalá de Henares debes saber que la carta no es barata considerando la relación calidad-precio) . Desayuno correcto, sin más.

Great location, bit loud close to the main highway. The rooms are all wooden floor, no carpet, very nice beds, the bathrooms relatively modern. The cleanliness in some parts could be optimized, but mainly very good. People were helpful, friendly. City center is easy to reach by Uber or Taxi, some restaurants are around the corner. Dinner and Breakfast in the hotel is fine. No bar, but drinks in the restaurant at night possible. Good Business Hotel

I’ve just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I definitely won’t be going back and I wish I’d read some of the recent reviews before I came. It’s true, there is no recognition of the Marriott reward status at all. This recognises people who regularly stay at Marriott hotels and spend a lot of money at Marriott hotels but for some reason this AC doesn’t seem to care about that. I checked in, no recognition. No room upgrade, no mention of breakfast, no welcome gift. Nothing. In the evening when I returned I asked about these things and was told at AC hotels the only thing I am entitled to is $10 per person room credit. Apparently I chose to decline that and take points instead. I didn’t because I was never asked. The evening reception person said he would amend that. I then asked what I could use the $10 credit on. I was told mini bar or the bar but for some bizarre reason the bar doesn’t open at weekends which includes Friday night. This hotel really is in the middle of nowhere so why wouldn’t it at least have the bar open every night. The hotel is full this weekend. Wouldn’t the bar be busy if it was open? I’ll leave my review at that but basically, don’t expect much from this so called Marriott hotel. I won’t be staying at an AC hotel again.

Lo cogimos por su cercanía al recinto ferial de la ciudad de la Navidad, que nos habían aconsejado visitar. Está cerca, no tiene un precio desorbitado para ser 4 estrellas, y es más bien un hotel de paso por el tema de IFEMA, aeropuerto, etc. Como digo para ser un 4 estrellas, pues tampoco es nada del otro mundo. En nuestro caso, pues el parking es exterior, es decir, puedes dejar el coche fuera ya que existe espacio, al trat**** de un área tipo polígono industrial, pero que si le pasa algo al coche no es cosa del hotel, pero vamos, buena zona de aparcamiento. Buena localización. Recepción correcta, aunque no tenia claro que ya estaba la reserva pagada, entiendo que esas cosas deben estar bastante claras. Habitación correcta, baño muy amplio, con su gran ducha, secador, y accesorios. Bien, sin problemas. La época del año no permite usar la piscina, pero no tenía mala pinta. Por la noche al volver, bajé a pedir unas coca colas al bar, y la chica de recepción me atendió muy bien. me preparó unos vasos con hielo todo muy amable. Fué el 5 diciembre de 2021, sobre las 9 de la noche. No tengo pegas. Si tengo en un futuro que pasar por T4 y hacer noche en Madrid, me lo plantearé, es buena opción. Por cierto, calidad de sueño muy buena, de los pocos hoteles que no he tenido ruidos de aire acondicionado, ascensores, exteriores, etc. Muy bueno.

Stayed in the Amura twice recently on visits to family in Alcobendas. We chose the hotel not only because it is 5 minutes walk from their home but also because of the swimming pool and free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Agree with other reviewers that tea/coffee making facilities would make it better but I have stayed in several Madrid hotels in recent years and that isn’t something any of them have offered. Both rooms we have stayed in were very comfortable although would benefit from a bit of refurbishment. However, the the location is ideal for us and we would definitely stay again on our next trip.

Situado en un polígono industrial de Torrejón pero con habitaciones y servicios de un 4 estrellas pero mucho más barato que en Madrid u otras zonas circundantes. Si se dispone de coche es una buena opción en especial si se precisan varias habitaciones como es nuestro caso.

Stunningly beautiful hotel right on the river in San Sebastian. The entrance hall is palatial. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and it was huge! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent - it makes this hotel a perfect place to explore this gorgeous city.

Modern hotel with underground parking. Lovely staff, all very friendly and helpful. Good location next to shopping centre and restaurants. Hanging space in room wasn't all that great and bath/shower difficult to get into due to glass protector unable to fold due to the sink. Running a bath therefore, was a bit of a mission. Could have been better designed. Bed was comfortable. No rooms with balcony though.

Todo fenomenal. Ubicación silenciosa, habitación muy bien, baño amplio, personal muy amable que hasta me llamó por mi nombre una de las recepcionistas. Desayuno bueno, y pude hacer uso del ordenador que tienen en el lobby todo el día. Como mi pareja tenía coche, bien. Para los que tengan que ir al centro de Madrid, lógicamente un poco apartado, pero yo tenía que estar en el hotel y fue una muy buena estancia gracias a las instalaciones tan agradables.
