sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr echönes, großes Zimmer. Angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Umfangreiches Frühstück bis 11 Uhr. Wir waren TOP zufrieden. Auch schöner als einige andere Hotels in Adeje die wir kennen.

The negatives definitely outweigh the positivies with this hotel but nonetheless , for a fair review: Pros: - the breakfast is varied and very good quality, you have plenty of vegetarian options , variety of fruit, pastries, fish, cheese etc. even alcoholic drinks such as Cava -the room is modern and spacious. we had a garden view and we enjoyed the view from the terrace. The turn down service is also nice. - there is live music every night in the lounge Cons: - very noisy hotel, both around the pool area as well as at night on the hotel's corridors, that is due to several big groups of tourist groups (20+ people, mainly British, with teenagers running around and the hotel is very ok with this as they are likely coming on repeat visits every year due to travel agency recommendations (this is one of the hotels that serves kosher food). Therefore if you're looking for relaxation time as a couple with no kids, this is not the place for you. - food at Seen restaurant is not particularly good, we tried the black ink rice and we could not finish the meal, it was way too heavy and garlicky -the pools are not well heated, compared to other hotels we stayed at (incl in Tenerife). Though there are several pools you can choose from, there is really only 1 jacuzzi type (so very small) that is actually properly heated, which means that everyone goes to that pool, it becomes super crowded with kids playing ball games and the other pools remain completely empty the whole day. I have never seen jacuzzi type pools being used for ball games in other hotels, so this is a first and again, staff is not restricting this at all.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

We went as a family (my partner, toddler and my Mum) was a bit skeptical after booking seeing some of the reviews. Hotel was spotless, pool area was great. People said the food was inedible ?? We went all inclusive and ate 3 meals a day in there no problem. Always a different choice even for the picky eaters. We were in room 545 and heard no noise from Veronica’s. Animacion team around the pool were amazing especially with our toddler (big shout out to Carmel) Evening entertainment was great. Only “issue” was queuing at the bar for drinks/food (they serve hot food at the pool bar all day, burgers, nuggets, hotdogs, toasties etc) Will defo return to this hotel.

We had a lovley stay, room with a large balcony with sea view for a week at Easter. The staff were very friendly, food each day was a great selection. Pool was lovley only downside was the kids shallow area was very busy and not so big. The third bed in our room was quite uncomfortable so down one star, so all 3 of us slept on the twin beds. Overall a great experience and couldn't beat the location from the beach.

We've been to this hotel over a dozen times and have spent thousands of pounds to come here over many years. In the last year or so we have seen a real decline in the quality of the hotel. Firstly THE ROOMS The suites are looking really shabby, the walls are marked and wallpaper lifting from the walls, chipped furniture, dirty door hinges, soap trays hanging off the shower room wall, and dusty lights. Oh, and Jacuzzi on balconies that fill up with rusty water! The POOL There are big craters appearing in the swimming pool (I actually caught my foot on one and it bruised my toes), it's dangerous. Then there's the filthy torn sunbed pads with foam hanging out, these are disgusting and unhygienic. As everyone else mentions, the tiled flooring around the pool area are slippery as hell, we saw two people fall over whilst there, this is also an ongoing issue. Also whilst staying at the hotel we were talking to a gentleman in the swimming pool who said he was actually from another hotel, along with his wife and that their friends (who was staying at Gran Tacanda) had let them in to sunbathe and drink around the pool. That poses a SECURITY risk. For that reason, be careful of your personal belongings being left on the (filthy) sunbeds, there are people who aren't even residents at this hotel using the facilities here. See all of my photos taken in January 2025. We pay €350 a night to stay in that! This is NOT 4 or 5 star hotel anymore. You'd get better kept, cleaner suites, safer pools and nicer sunbeds in a 3 star hotel. STAFF The staff in the main breakfast area are good, always helpful, the food at breakfast is good enough, although I noticed that they have cut back on a few things (bread, cheese and pastry selection) and sometimes we had to nudge the person behind the fruit counter and salad counter to top up the bowls as they were empty every morning. The Staff in the poolside restaurant are abysmal. Service is non-existent, and when it does happen, there are no greetings, no smiles, just miserable staff. The food is mediocre, we had to send two portions of fries back because they were undercooked. If you can't get fries right, then God help them with the rest of the menu! Fries are easy to cook? We have never been in such a slow and rude restaurant like this one before. The staff clearly do not enjoy working here and it shows. We wish we had not eaten there, it was our last night on the holiday and not a good way to end our holiday, it was awful. We have visited many other wonderful restaurants nearby to the hotel during our stay with happy friendly staff and chefs that know how to cook! For us, the staff have always made this hotel, but unfortunately the hotel is now in such a poor state of repair, that we don't want to stay at this hotel anymore and whilst on holiday we went to look at another one further down the road which truly IS a FIVE star hotel, similar price to Gran Tacande (but also includes evening meals). Travelled with our 14m old for a family holiday. Pros -20 min from airport -Great location - 10 min walk (down/up hill) to/from beach, shops, restaurants. -Good supermarket next door, pharmacy etc. -Everything brilliantly clean -Food at buffet always very hot -Staff are friendly, welcoming and great with kids -Bed is comfy -drinks are strong! -multiple pools, can always find a sunbed -great facilities for kids/toddlers - soft play, ball pit, 2x playgrounds, splash pool with slides Cons -Rooms are incredibly tired and dated. Functional yes, but they really need remodelling. Eg The bath tub has been painted (badly) and feels very unclean. -only 4 plug sockets in the whole apartment. That only work when the lights are on? Had to unscrew some lightbulbs to be able to charge things overnight. -wouldn’t bother with all inclusive. It’s handy with a toddler, but food is not varied and tastes average. Would recommend B&B especially with kitchenette in room and supermarket / restaurants near by, it’s much nicer to go out and very reasonably priced -as all inclusive you get smaller glasses for drinks and only soft drinks from a tap vs glass bottle Coke etc. surely we’ve still paid for it all? -no air con in any communal areas, eg kids club, restaurant (gets very hot in there, no option to eat outside only at breakfast) -lifeguards, pointless - they just sit on their phone all day and never actually watch the pool Overall, nice hotel and good facilities. Rooms massively let it down. Don’t think they represent a 4 star hotel.

We have just returned from 12 nights here.. as a disabled person, this is from my perspective..the two steep ramps getting down to the hotel will be difficult if you only have a manual wheelchair, mine was powered. There is also a ramp up to adapted rooms again steep for manual chairs. The adapted rooms are very good, nice size for any equipment you might need, the bathrooms also very good, fitted with bars and walkin showers. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The food for the most part was acceptable. The sun loungers were good, always found one available at any time. There is a hoist for the pool, which is taken out on request, I didn't use it as there was way too many kids in the pool with large inflatables, I was surprised as it wasn't school holidays. Surrounding area, once you got up the hills, a short walk to restaurants and the sea, however there were only 3 bars that were accessible for wheelchair users, which we found disappointing, just as well there was music in the hotel every night. We definitely wouldn't go to this part of Adeje again as not for us.

We are just back from Flamingo boutique suites Adeje Tenerife. Our trip was for one week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found our apartment spacious spotlessly clean with 2 large bedrooms and two bathrooms which was ideal as we were a party of two couples. The apartment had everything we needed and at no time did we feel over crowded. The complex is situated on a very busy street but is very peaceful and quiet when you pass through the gates. The pool is heated and we were able to swim each day. There were ample comfortable sun beds around the pool and we had a terrace which was on the lower floor which meant we were in the shade but all we had to do is descent down the steps from our terrace and we had full sun. There is no bar in the complex but you can ring reception and they will bring you drinks and food to your apartment by contacting reception. Residents also have use of a jacuzzi sauna and steam room which you can book at reception. We found all the staff very friendly helpful and non intrusive. They helped us with taxis and information. A special thanks to Eva at reception. We found the location very accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. We were so happy with our stay we have booked again for next year!!
