O Hotel está bem localizado, num local muito sossegado, mesmo o local ideal para descansar.
Todos os colaboradores do hotel, prestáveis e simpáticos.
O hotel a meu ver, só teve três problemas, poucos produtos para o regime de “Tudo Incluído”, muito repetitivo nas refeições e servia bolos para sobremesa a saber a produtos descongelados.

The hotel is dated and a rabbit warren to figure out. Arriving late at night there was a basic meal of salad we could have or bread with yogurt. The food was nice for a pile it up and eat with different themes each night. Breakfast again was the same thing but a good variety of choice - unsure about the boiled bacon and white sausage - the beans were cold but the staff in the restaurant approachable and friendly. Meal time on an evening was 8pm which was fairly late - and the local village which is a 5 mile round trip walk away. We hired bikes from the hotel for €9 each for half the day. We had seen the small village in 20 mins. The beach was small - and we declined the ferry to take us over to the other side of the resort. A couple we spoke to said they had a great time. You need to bring your own bottle of water to enable you to fill up the water bottle left in the room. Please take a coffee cup and glass with you from breakfast as you are left with a paper cup which won’t last the week. There is also no coffee in the room so make sure to bring your own. Ice creams are €3.50 but you get 30% off as all inclusive. The day trip to Seville was amazing and would highly recommend. The night entertainment involved picking couples from the audience and insultingly asking other people to guess their age - as you can imagine this was not particularly funny. It’s a very strange hotel and I would liken it to the hotel Cortez…..from American horror Story. It’s the vibe - which is literally non existent. Wi-Fi is good.

I have had a lovely relaxing holiday I have taken on board what others have said and do agree with a few point (1) I think evening meals should start at 7pm not 8pm as it's late for a lot of foreigners and I appreciate what the hotel management have said in regards to local eating times but I would've guessed that more than half of the people here are not local so maybe there should be some leniency in regards to this Also, the whole time I was here, all of the Coke lemonade etc at the main bar were all flat and when I tried to go to the restaurant to get Coke which was not flat and was good because at the pool bar and the restaurant the Coca-Cola is fine. They abruptly refused me and almost pushed me out of the restaurant, embarrassing me in front of other people which I did not find, Satisfactory and all I was trying to do is explain that the cook in the main bar is flat. He did not understand my English and he looked very angry. This was the person who is in charge of the restaurant front of house has dark hair probably 5,7 apart from this all the staff where fantastic I had a relaxing holiday also I Would like to give a mention to the spa facilities which are very good and there is a massage therapist there called (Nieves) she is outstanding at her job I had a hit and cold stone massage on my second night I had foot reflexology on my fourth night and And a full hard sports massage on my 5th day she was so very good and professional and made me feel relaxed and at ease at all times I would suggest using her she a five star therapist :-)

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and had the most relaxing stay! The hotel is stunning, we had a sea view room with a balcony and it was beautiful. The swimming pools are both clean and a really good size. All staff are so helpful, friendly and professional. The restaurant is overflowing with choice of food! I am gluten free and not once did I have a problem finding something delicious to eat, the chef took the time to show me what I could eat, they made me the best gluten free pizza I have ever tasted! Staff were knowledgeable about allergies and this is something that is very important to me. The local area is quiet and authentic, the nearest shops are a walk away, it’s a nice walk though! We would recommend this hotel!

This is a lovely hotel which is in a very quiet part of Spain. There is no “*****” with bars, clubs and restaurants, there is little here. But there is a beach and nature reserve where crabs run around at low tide, and the only noise is the chug of small fishing boats. If you want a bit of piece and quiet this is the place. Some tips • There are fresh Water machines all around. Press and hold the button • Your wristband is your door key so no loosing your card • The Garden rooms have Coffee pod machines. • About eight cocktails on the All Inclusive as well as Red, white, rosé and Cava wines, a load of brands and liquors. • The website (app) allows each and every menu to be downloaded and AI is clearly marked alone with a schedule for each day • The hotel is on a hill, but not as bad as some places I’ve stayed but recommend you do early before the sun get fierce • Bed probably one of the most comfortable I’ve had anywhere. • Food what you would expect from an AI hotel, had better but by goodness I’ve had a lot worse. • Staff hard working and the odd bit of Spanish doesn't go amiss - we are visitors in their country after all. • Finally if you are picked up to go to Faro airport, remember the Portuguese are on a different time, one hour back from Spain. One suggestion for the hotel, you need more seating away from the entertainment so people can have a quiet after dinner drinks. Maybe move the TUI desk upstairs and add more there.

Me and my boyfriend went all inclusive at this hotel. The beds were comfy. Very annoying that they were 2 single beds when we had asked for a double. The view from our balcony was lovely. The entertainment was nice. Our drinks of choice was always Pina Colada and a love on the beach. The problem with the alcohol in any of the drink was there was either way too much, or not enough. It was always 50/50. The food was your basic all inclusive food, pizza, pasta, chips, sea food, and not cooked properly meat. We didn't receive any sauce at any meals which was not good at all. Staff were a bit rude. I get you need to be moving fast when working but doesn't excuse you to be rude. The ice cream for pudding was amazing. The pool bar is not for all inclusive which l've never had before. The only thing you get is a hamburger or a hotdog. Everything else on the menu is 30% off, which I think is ridiculous. Drinks are all free. The English of some workers is very good but the majority have very poor English so keep that in mind. During dinner and lunch waiters will come to your table and ask what you would like to drink. The options are poor and include, beer and wine. Or some fizzy drinks or water. No other alcohol. When they came over I didn't get asked once what I wanted to drink they asked my boyfriend and didn't ask me first once, which I thought was quite rude. They even once asked what my boyfriend wanted to drink and then left, we then had to fight our way to get their attention so I could have a drink. Also the outside pools are freezing so have fun, still a nice way to cool down though. Other then all of this inconvenience we had a nice holiday together. But we would not be coming back.

An amazing hotel tucked on a small hill overlooking the local marina. If you relish a quiet break with great food, this is the place for you. Having said that the entertainment team are there throughout the day and provide entertainment at night. Serviced with 2 pools, a poolside bar with food and a spa this is a great place to stop. Be aware the pools don’t open until 11:00 a.m. but there is no need to rush down and leave towels as there are numerous sun beds always available. Rooms are clean and the hotel generally spotless. The food can’t be faulted and theme nights add a special twist. Would I go back? Yes!

Our room was ready on arrival despite arriving 2 hours before check-in time. We had a lovely surprise when we got to our room, we had been given a junior suite and a bottle of cava. The staff from housekeeping through to management are second to none, always courteous and smiling, definitely the hotels main asset. The food is as always of a very good standard with many things to choose from. We really can't fault the hotel, which is why we return year after year (6th visit), although we were a little disappointed that the blue bar is no longer open.
