Der Service mit online Check sind super!

Leider hatte ich sehr streitlustige Nachbarn. Heißt die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Der Service war wie immer sehr gut, freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Volle Enttäuschung schon beim Check in. Selbst eine Bahnhofshalle und ist angenehmer. Datenschutz und Diskretion scheinen in diesem Hotel en Fremdwort zu sein. Das Personal begrüßte die Gäste wie Marktschreier ( laut , sehr unruhig , unangenehm). Vielen Dank an die ruhige Auszubildende so gehts. Da sollte sich die Kollegin etwas abgucken, welche mit dummen Sprüchen ihre Unzulänglichkeit überspielte und auf große Macherin tat .Das Zimmer war für ein Tagungshotel i.O. auch sauber. Frühstück eine Katastrophe , die Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre machte die Erholung der Nacht vollkommen zu Nichte. Kein Platz im Frühstücksraum, der erste Kaffee wurde , gefühlt wie auf dem Schulhof vor der Tür getrunken, aus Platzmangel. Das ganze Hotel strahlt Hektik und Unruhe aus. Das Personal wirkt völlig überfordert. Ein absolutes No go. Beim Frühstück fehlten Körbe für Brot,Teller,Butter ,Brötchen, alles lief hin und her , desorientiert und konfus Gäste wie Personal. Ich kann das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. 4Sterne wofür? ich hatte auch nicht den Eindruck dass nicht genügend Personal da war, sondern dass dieses absolut ungeschult und unprofessionell arbeitete. Man hatte den Eindruck dass hier keine Struktur vorhanden sein ist, im ganzen Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter lächelten immer nur machten Bemerkungen um den Zustand in diesem Hotel zu überspielen. Sehr traurig.

Tolles Hotel in Citylage, sehr aufmerksames Personal, ruhiges sauberes Zimmer in der 10.Etage mit tollem Ausblick.

Schönes Hotel in einer gute Lage Nähe Hauptbahnhof. War alles top.

Staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Great breakfast buffet including eggs and side-dishes, all sorts of bread, juices, etc. providing many options. Excellent location in walking distance of the city center.

Hotel is nice, big rooms, lovely bathrooms. Staff were lovely. No bar or restaurant, or not open in January. Recommend u-boot restaurant for dinner. Food was amazing. Car park was extra at 7€ a night. Place is a little dated, but would stay again and venture out for breakfast next time.

The hotel is a lovely place with gla great facilities, including gym, on-site parking, Wi-Fi and restaurant. The staff couldn't be more helpful, food was delicious and rooms were very comfortable. And as a bonus they cater fantasticly for the children.

Room at the 11th floor was decent, and clean. And the breakfast served was delicious and the selection plentiful and enjoyable. if you like sumptuous breakfasts, you will enjoy it here. But there were a few annoying things. In the evening of our arrival, we went to the bar hoping to get something to eat and drink. There was no one there, and after asking at the reception a lady arrived and with great annoyance she announced to us that the kitchen was closed (that is in spite the menu having an "after 9" section) and for drinks we would need to wait 20 min! An appealing service and attitude, not matching a hotel (going to be?) part of the Hyatt chain. Furthermore, after the first day we asked for the "complimentary" bottle of water to be restocked. The young man at the reception proudly told us that we could buy a bottle at the vending machine (pointing it out with his finger!) or at the restaurant. The water was free only for the first day! Once again, an appealing level of service and attitude, not matching a hotel (going to be?) part of the Hyatt chain. Overall, a service and experience you'd expect at the 3star hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff! Good food and perfect location! We also visited this hotel with another group in august 2021 and we where happily surprised and felt us much more welcome this year! Better food and much friendlier staff!!
