一如既往的好，絕對洛桑第一名的酒店，除了貴沒什麼缺點。酒店雖然年份已久，但維護的特別好，細節也是十分到位。

這是我們這次瑞士9晚，住過6家酒店，感覺最好的一家，富麗堂皇，美輪美奐，真如其名“皇宮”。酒店位置佳，離周邊景點近，方便早晚出來逛逛。

房間佈置温馨典雅舒適！酒店設施完善服務好！水療中心是個亮點！

去過不同國家的很多酒店，美岸皇宮是服務體驗最好的一家，old fashion style，強烈推薦！早餐品質超高，泳池SPA一流！酒店自帶米其林法餐。一定訂湖景房哦！

If you love a large resort with on site restaurants, etc then this is for you. If you prefer a more personalized experience with a boutique feel that’s in the heart of a city, this hotel is not for you. We are in the latter category, unfortunately. The high points - the view from our room (which was upgraded at arrival thanks to booking through a travel agent) was spectacular - we could see the alps and across to France! Breakfast was a big spread with pretty much anything you could want. Rooms were quite high tech and had lovely finishes. It’s historic and a beautiful building. While we were there a tv crew was shooting too. The misses - the room was small compared to our room in a Geneva hotel and we were squeezed in comparatively. The hotel layout required us to walk a lot just to get to the lobby or to go out of the hotel and walk along the lake. You walk by conference rooms and shops. So it feels very resort-y. We don’t mind walking - we love it - but walking around the hotel looking for exits and getting to the places you want to see is not ideal. The location is in Ouchy - so you are right on the lake which is lovely, but you are not in town. You need to walk a little bit to get to the subway and get to the main city. The onsite restaurants are just ok. Not anything memorable. We tried the Cafe for a special dinner that was fine. And the sushi restaurant was also fine. Nothing special. The concierge did not have great suggestions for us either - they were pretty negative about the weather outlook for our day trip to montreux. I know weather is challenging to predict there, but we would’ve loved some more recommendations for hiking. We figured it out ourselves and had a beautiful day to boot! (As a side note, I think our best meal in Lausanne was actually a cafe just across from the town hall - the pizza was delightful). Will we be back? Probably not. It’s not a bad hotel, just maybe not for us or others who prefer a smaller hotel environment.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel came highly recommended by Centurion (AMEX). We cherished every moment. The service was exceptional, and the staff displayed utmost professionalism.

5 star hotel with impeccable service, location, views, grounds and facilities! Never slept better in a hotel- the rooms were so quiet and the window treatments allowed for total darkness.

We stayed to celebrate a special occasion. The hotel is magnificent in every way. The view, the room decoration, the cleanliness, and the service are all top quality and reveal a great sense of taste. The concierge was accommodating with all our questions. it was indeed a dream come true.
