Hotel berhampiran Franprix(l'Arche), Courbevoie

We travelled as a family of 4, with two young kids. We arrived quite late at night but there were no issues with accessing the apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk with suitcases etc from the train/Metro station and the escalators weren't working so getting the suitcases down the escalators required a little effort. Once in the apartment we found it clean and tidy. The kitchenette is just that! There is no oven or toaster just a hob and an all singing and dancing microwave but we managed to cook our meals well enough. The kitchen was well equipped and the dishwasher was a big bonus. It was quite hot in Paris for our trip and the lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep the fan on whilst in the apartment to stay at comfortable temperature and to allow the children to get to sleep. The pull out bed in the lounge, under the sofa had slats missing so you had to be careful where you put pressure on it. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful when needed, especially the young man on our arrival who gave us some bottles of refrigerated juice. The location of the apartment was ideal with a comfortable walk to public transport to go sightseeing. Overall it met our needs and we were generally happy with it.

PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay. Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

We had two nights in Paris on our way back from our holiday in Provence. This hotel suited us well as there is parking on site (for a small extra charge) and it is only a few minutes' walk to La Defense metro station. Good local selection of restaurants in the evening. Rooms were hot but fans were provided. Beds were comfy. We had booked a family room with a double and twin beds but unfortunately that room was unavailable when we arrived - however as it was their mistake, the friendly receptionist was able to resolve this by giving us 2 rooms: one with two doubles and an additional double room for both nights at no extra cost. After we checked out and on our way home my son realised he had left one of his airpods in the room. We sent the hotel a message, they confirmed they had found it, then proceeded to arrange for it to be posted back to us in the UK for just the cost of the postage - amazingly it didn't even take too long to arrive. We were very impressed! Good service, nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff - we would definitely stay again.

El hotel está en la zona de La defense, a 10 minutos andando de la estación de metro. Es una zona tranquila y con muchos restaurantes alrededor. Nosotros nos alojamos con mis dos hijas y estuvimos cómodas para visitar desde allí Paris.

 This place is in a quiet neighborhood with parks, shops, restaurants, grocery stores all within walkable distance. Take a stroll downhill as River Seine is close by, you could see Eiffel Tower from afar. Slightly uphill is a place with children's play area, a carousel, water fountains, benches, etc where you could relax. Close by is Parc Mairie with lots of green cover. Add to these the options inside the hotel itself - a quite area where kids can read books, do colouring, play boardgames, etc. Breakfast is good with a lot of variety. Above all, Staff are very courteous and polite. Could remember Jose at the reception who is pleasant, very helpful, and wonderful to talk to. Same with others just that I don't remember everyone's names! Wish everyone one well, as you continue your good work!

I stayed here because I was meeting some friends who were finishing their cruise here. I knew the location was terrible ( 30-45 minutes from any thing of interest). The infrastructure seems not able to deal with the number of hotel guests. Breakfast was a problem (very long waits for coffee). Some people had to wait twenty minutes for cutlery. (The floor of the overflow room was filthy). If you have to stay here, don't pay extra for a high floor...you will be hearing disco music until 2 am. Then vacuuming. (They should have been cleaning the breakfast room). The staff, with the exception of one server in the lounge and the woman who took room numbers were pleasant, and tried to solve problems. (PS..I asked to have my gluten-free bread toasted in the kitchen, (it was stone cold) but they couldn't do it. (They could at the 2 star hotel I stayed at in Bordeaux)

My husband and I stayed at Citadines (La Defense, Courbevoie) for three nights the last week of August 2023. From the moment that we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly greeted by friendly receoptionist Paola. In light of the usual 'customer service' that we experience in Paris, we were pleasantly surprised by Paola's gracious, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic attitude. If we had any questions, Paola was able to promptly and knowledgeably answer them. If we had any request to make the room more comfortable, Paola was able to address it punctually and to our satisfaction. Paola really made the experience five star from the very beginning. We are somewhat sensitive to noise, so Paola made sure that our room was facing away from the traffic towards the inside of la Defense. This made for a wonderful stay during which we could really relax and sleep well. Paola's good customer service must have been contagious, as the other staff members manning the reception desk were also very pleasant. The room itself was small but comfortable - Citadines has the benefit of an induction stove, new beds / mattresses, and a decently sized shower. This was everything that we needed for our three night stay, and we were very happy overall. There are enough little cupboards located around the room to ensure that clothes can be stored, but nothing too fancy...do not bring a big suitcase unless you upgrade to a bigger room! The entrance to Citadines is somewhat tricky to find as it is necessary to walk up the stairs in front of another hotel called Fraser Suites, along an upper esplanade, and then down some stairs around the back of Fraser Suites (which is the hotel adjoined on to Citadines). The entrance to Citadines is not very grand. Normally, the taxi will drop passengers off in front of Fraser Suites as it is too difficult to find the entrance to Citadines. From the front of Fraser Suites, the entrance to Citadines is not more than a 5 minute walk. Close by Citadines, there is a metro station accessing line 1, which will take passengers straight into the centre of Paris - very convenient. There are no remarkable restaurants in la Defense, so I would recommend that guests of Citadines travel one metro stop into Neuilly-sur-Seine to try one of the top quality restaurants located on rue de Longchamps. If you are looking for a simple yet efficient short term stay (not more than 5 days), definitely try Citadines. The location makes it very convenient to get into Paris quickly without the hassle or price of actually having a hotel in Paris. We did not try the breakfast at Citadines as we just bought our own from bakeries in Neuilly.

I use StayCity frequently for both business and leisure purposes as they've always provided a high level of service (above what you would expect for the money paid). We were 5 minutes away from the Metro and within a 10-20 minute walk from a number of excellent little bistro's and restaurants, we both enjoyed L'Angle on Rue Arago and Palermo on Rue Victor Hugo to be excellent and quite contrasting places for dinner. They both shared fantastic food and drinks (L'Angle in Happy Hour is particularly good, try their Bramble), attentive staff and welcoming atmosphere. But enough about the restaurants and back to StayCity, I would heartily recommend the location to anyone looking to be a part of Paris, but just far enough away that you can have some peace and quiet if you want it.

We couldn't recommend it more! We're a family of four and stayed in one of their suites... just amazing in terms of amenities, room was good sized and beds super-comfortable! The location was perfect, in the heart of La Défense, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The Metro station is a part of the Paris Metro Line 1 (Yellow Line) was also just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff at Fraser Suites were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sara, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We'll definitely be back next year...

موقع الفندق جدا رائع في بداية منطقة لاديفانس مع اطلالة على نهر السين منطقة ابراج جديدة ومنطقة اعمال وقريب منها مول كبير وعلى بعد خطوات من محطة المترو مشكلة الفندق للمسلمين ... هو الخلاء انه لا يوجد به منفذ ماء فرش الفندق لا يعطي انه 4 نجوم .. اقل من ذلك مساحة الغرف مناسبة مقارنة بفنادق وسط باريس
