Just back from a fantastic week staying at Les Sherpas! From the moment we walked in - it smells great - and were greeted by the friendly, helpful and efficient staff we knew we had made the right decision. The staff are very attentive. Sacha and Kevin were exceptional; charming and nothing was too much trouble. The ski rental service in the hotel was excellent. We took the shuttle every morning to the slopes but it’s only a 5 min walk (in ski boots) and skied back down to just above the hotel (1 minute walk). The room was lovely and bright! Very clean, controllable underfloor heating and a big controllable radiator in the bathroom. We had a little patio area outside which was in the sun in the afternoon. Perfect! We loved the steam room, sauna and swimming pool. The pool was the perfect temperature, warm enough but not too warm for swimming. There was also a massage service which we didn’t use. Thank you Les Sherpas! ❤️ ⛷️

Check in - seamless and straight forward Vallet parking - can get busy but the staff are very attentive. Abdul at reception was very helpful - thank you Atmosphere - Christmas set up - was beautifully decorated and Gave the hotel a cosy ambience and festive atmosphere Hotel staff- overall efficient and are helpful compared to our general service experience in France Convinience- you can get SKII pass and rental within the premises! This made this hotel a go to for me, our next trip! Aquamotion access - you do not need to go out since there is a basement access -this what a plus! Great water facilities - for adults and kids alike. Breakfast has good selection with fresh juices and cofee from coffee machine was surprisingly good Room- spacious for a family of four. Stayed in junior suite Beds are comfy. There’s a lot of room for storage. Microwave was a useful addition since after a full day trip / skiing - kids have no energy to go out for meals. There’s a Dishwasher but noteable absence of cutleries? The only reason for 4 stars is the price of food / drinks ( bar) - but this not surprising for Courchevel! Overall enjoyed the stay and the amenities of the hotel and would stay in this hotel again.

From the moment of booking the hotel, all our additional requests for booking restaurants, ski equipment, coaches, transfers, the hotel has shown itself from a professional position. Madame Agnes Bouanani - Hotel Manager, Woman Boss :) good – friendly welcomed us at the hotel . Every day, she personally visits all the rooms and communicates with the guests , asking if they like everything , if the room is cleaned and if any help is needed. Professional Front office team and specifically Ivan- a professional manager who speaks several languages, who has repeatedly helped in solving various tasks of booking restaurants, transfers and different trips, Lara, Paul and Sandra Cros are always friendly and provided any support. Special thanks to the House Keeping Team - clean, cozy, polite. Thank you for the comfort of Isabel, Samy and Melanie. Team from breakfast - thank you for the good mornings. Ski Service team - Sam and Marco thank you for help in the selection of ski equipment and daily care . My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 9 wonderful days during the Christmas holidays . Previously , we were in other hotelsin Courchevel , but now we will return to the White 1921 team surely again . The location of the hotel is the very center of Courchevel 1850 : 2 minutes from the ski lift, the best restaurants , Le Tremplin restaurant is almost next door, the best shops and other entertainment places are within walking distance. The hotel was very cozy and warm. A sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi and a small gym are available to guests every day. The hotel is boutique style and very cozy . A wonderful recreation saloon where you can sit and chat with friends. If you are traveling for skiing, outdoor activities, and not sitting in a hotel with pathos and want a convenient location, then I recommend staying at White 1921. Once again, many thanks to the entire White 1921 team and Happy New Year 2023 !
