Our friend recommended us to visit Furong waterfall city. I found this hotel just searching an interesting spot by internent. Room photos were awesome I decided to book. Photo vs Reality is almost same. Unbelievable view! Outstanding performance of waterfall and old city. Sounds of waterfall is amazing, you can enjoy your life at the present moment. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. It’s makes our stay in this hotel comfortable and safe. They picked up us from the station and dropped off to the station. Also help us to get a tickets to scenic area in advance. We’re trying local food at the rrestorante in first floor of our hotel. My sister and me found that very deliciously 🤤 highly recommended to book it and enjoy a staying at this hotel and explore local cuisine and culture.

We had a great stay here! The staff was very welcoming, especially our concierge Cola. They helped us with everything we needed. We loved our room, very clean and amazing view. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Everything went perfectly, the room was really nice, very clean and well decorated and the view was amazing, right on the river and bridge. The bed was super comfy. 10 stars to the people working there, the guy helped us with the luggage, drove us to a restaurant we wanted to go when we couldn't find a taxi and also drove us to the Meglev station for free. He was extremely nice all throughout our stay. I really reccomend staying at this place in Fenghuang!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel! Excellent location and customer service! The hotel was one of the best on our holiday. The staff were fluent with multiple languages, and truly assisted us in every way possible. Mei & Gu helped us with the attraction bookings and Mei was such an angel. Mei gave us clear directions every evening; we would have been lost at Zhangjiajie national forest if she has not given us such details! Thank you Mei & Gu. Rooms were great! The family room was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Especially after days spent walking around the attractions. We had a great view of mountains and there was a trickling stream next to the hotel to make it all tranquil. Buffet Breakfast was great! I would 100% return to the hotel for our next Zhangjiajie visit!

Room was very nice, facilities were all good. Location was a quick walk to the waterfall. The towels had holes in them, there were dead squished flies on the walls. We weren't aware when booking that the entry to the scenic area wasn't included so we paid another 90 yuan per person just to enter. The staff were generally helpful but she confused the paid performances with others. We were told we could watch each of the performances but then were refused to enter the area. But, they offered a free pick up from the railway station and offered to for a ride back. The room is right next to a bar with live music so isn't quiet at night.

5月3號晚上入住的，管家升級了套房，屬實驚喜，民宿老闆很熱情，第二天還帶我們看了整棟別墅，每個房間都佈置的很舒適，管家小哥哥非常好，3號晚上主動提出幫我去高鐵站接孩兒爸，後來4號外出回來才知道山路有多黑，真的非常謝謝可愛的管家小哥哥。 民宿的生態環境很好，門口的一花一木和小菜園的各種蔬菜瓜果能證明經營者的非常用心，民宿現在還在提質改造升級中，小孩姐特別期待旁邊星空房的燒烤吧，整體入住下來非常舒服，值得二刷。

I booked here for a night to explore Furong ancient town. The hotel is located right into the old city and just close to main attractions. On top of everything, the hotel is located with a magnificent view of Waterfall. The view from the room is very picturesque. The hotel also offered complimentary free pick up and drop-off. The staff and owner are very friendly and generous and they helped you as much as you can. The locations are closed to local restaurants, snack and coffee shops. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. Clean, modern, quiet, well located. We arrived very early due to leaving another hotel on the riverside ace it was no problem for the staff to check us in, in fact they upgraded our room for us. As I say we moved to here from another hotel that was on the riverside, be warned riverside hotels are plagued with loud music until 23:30, so I highly recommend staying at Kechao, where you will get a lovely night's sleep. Only wish we came here from the beginning.
