Words cannot describe how nice the owner & all the staffs. Owner helped to buy us tickets,give us Zhangjiajie National forest English map,and guide us through the forest on the map. Staffs helped us to heat our halal food. The hotel is nearby to halal restaurants by foot,near to attractions (East Gate),massage center & shops. Hotel offered free ride from and to East Gate. The hotel has river view and we get to have breakfast by the river. Our room also has balcony.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Fenghuang ! It is possible to profit from all attractions of the town while not being too strongly exposed to the noises of bars (relatively), in addition it is stylish and even tea is offered so you can make it on the terrace. We liked the experience.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were picked up from the railway station. They dealt with our entry tickets, they dealt with our bags at every point, me and my friend didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our train on the day we were leaving was scheduled for 3pm. The staff let us stay in our room until 2pm, which hotels don’t usually do free of charge. Upon leaving, the gentleman who worked for the hotel told us to choose any food and drink we would like for our next train journey, which was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the views from the balcony were magnificent.

Amazing stay with outstanding hospitality. We had a wonderful experience at Manyuan Resort Hotel. The service was truly excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Everyone was very helpful, from planning our itinerary to helping us book all the tickets we needed. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance to Wulingyuan East Gate. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Another great plus is the 24-hour laundry service, and the staff even helped us do the laundry for free. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Zhangjiajie.

A very nice hotel stay experience, reception and housekeeping staff are efficient and friendly. I enjoy the walk to The Splendours Mall and metro station (around 10-15 mins leisure walk) where there are many restaurants and some local and international brands. Would definitely stay there again when come to Changsha.

We had such a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 1. We requested an early check‑in at 10:30 AM, and the staff kindly prepared the room in time. 2. When we needed a paper printed, they helped us immediately without hesitation. 3. They provided us with a map and explained the show timings clearly, which made exploring the town much easier. 4. Our room had a beautiful and peaceful riverside view—truly relaxing. 5. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 6. Even before our arrival, the hotel kept following up and responded promptly to all my questions via Trip.com. Everything about this stay—from the thoughtful service to the serene view—made our Furong visit memorable.

整體入住體驗超出預期。從微信下單到到店入住全程都很順暢，沒有隱形消費。客房各個角落都收拾得乾乾淨淨，衞生間無異味，床墊軟硬適中，一覺睡到天亮。公共區域環境整潔，服務人員態度都很友好。地理位置絕佳，打車、步行都很方便。這個價位能有這樣的品質真的很難得，已經收藏店鋪，後續再來本地還會優先選擇這家。

Had a super stay. Room was comfortable, modern, all electric. Had a projector and screen. View was a bus park but noise low with window closed. No hotels here have views as in the town. I had a voucher for afternoon tea and evening cocktail each day. Breakfast was varied with Chinese and western options. 100 yds from the B gate park entrance to Tianmen Mountain which is the Pagoda building. Good location in Town, easy walk to theatre or food. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend.
