Additionally, the surrounding public park, complete with sandy play areas, swings, seesaws, and slides, enhances the overall experience, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and family fun.

Stayed for 2nights. Had to have toilet door repaired as it wouldn’t close but conveniently located. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were nice

The worse room ever, the moisture was everywhere.

每次來都二選一的酒店，這次的三樓臨湖的房間顯然比二樓的好很多，桌子也大了不少。最可貴的是這次有了拖鞋和浴袍，不知道是不是最近的升級服務

Hôtel pratique par son parking fermé les chambres sont spacieuses et propres et l’emplacement est très calme et agréable.

這個酒店離客户公司比較近，每次去都住這裏，算是周邊比較好的酒店了。疫情三年多沒去做，這次去還是感覺很親切，除了前台改變格局更簡潔了，其他都是熟悉的感覺！

Personnel gentil donc j ai occulte le cote les erreurs cote restaurant et bar... chambres propres et fonctionnelles ( on m a tt de suite change de chambre car la premiere avait des problemes) le responsable est reactif et commercial BIEN

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from the moment we walked in. The lobby had an unpleasant smell, and things only went downhill from there. The room was in a deplorable state, with stains on the carpet, dirty bed linens, and an unclean bathroom. It felt more like a run-down motel than a hotel. In fact, the conditions were so appalling that we had to leave and book another hotel. The only glimmer of hope was when the receptionist lady promised a refund, but our hopes were shattered when ******* reached out, and the hotel heartlessly refused to honor that promise. This was a truly regrettable experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Not bad hotel all in all! But avoid if you are English as you will be treated like dog excrement! The rudest staff I have ever encountered OLIVIA is of particular note, just blatantly rude and obnoxious and obviously has a major problem with English
