The cleanliness, room size, and staff are all perfect and highly recommended for travelers.

Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around. Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.

I was feeling sick, I had a severe headache and a high fever. And I was travelling solo. I asked a thermometer at the reception and told them that I was feeling bad. they didn’t care and didn’t offer any help. Staff was not helpful at all, I couldn’t even buy water from them. I was asking (feeling really sick) for a water to buy in the reception at 09:00 a.m and they told me I can buy it in 3 hours only, at 12:00. I checked the market nearby , it was close. So I was struggling just to get a bootle of water, it was such a hard thing for them.

I guess it was decent for value for money however, the service was not good as there’s a major language barrier. I do not recommend it if you don’t speak Spanish. Even with a translator a lot was misunderstood and no one went out of their way to help.

No hot water. Shower room is not separated from the bedroom. The wifi is constantly disconnected. There were 2 towels for 3 people. But very cheap, yes.

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

Nice comfortable rooms. Great location for the airport if you are just transiting through Cusco. The staff are great

The room was everything you need for a hotel. The staff were super friendly and always wanted to make your stay great. Although the hotel is not close to the main tourist plaza, it is close to a great shopping ***** and the neighbourhood is nice. I would stay here again.

很舒服的房間，空間很大，每個房間都有浴缸。免費早餐，選擇性不算多。距離機場打車10分鐘。工作人員態度好，英語一般，態度補救

Rommene var kalde, det var ikke varmt vann i dusjen i tillegg til at det ikke var brød til frokosten den ene av de 4 dagene vi var der…

我非常喜歡這個酒店的巨型浴缸和開放式廁所，非常合適***，不過呢個去水口唔能夠封閉所以我全程用隻腳踩住浸浴了，整體來講有點美中不足，早餐都好食嘅

Habitaciones muy frigidas

Hotel excelente, estrutura nova, quartos limpos. Equipe solícita. Café da manhã muito simples. Localização ótima, especialmente para quem busca um pouco mais de tranquilidade. Eu super recomendo!
