Glendale Bed and Breakfast, Cushendall

Comfortable and clean accommodations , friendly staff, great breakfast, great location, beautiful setting. Good location for sightseeing- traveled from there to Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, Bushmills Distillery, Awesome spot.

Lovely B&B don’t hesitate to book, a grand welcome awaits you. This is a great base for exploring the area and all done after a delicious filling breakfast and accommodating a veggie diet to, not everywhere can or does (we didn’t need to eat again till tea time) we had to leave at 3am for an early flight and our hosts went out of their way to make sure we were able to have breakfast before we left very much appreciated thank you 😃

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay. Firstly, the hospitality was incredible and made you feel welcome and right at home. Next, the place is just beautiful and the room we had was so lovely, and an ensuite to match. Breakfast was just delightful with a spread not matched anywhere in our European travels. This was truly a 5 star stay and is the benchmark for every B&B around the world .

We arrived after a drive from Donegal - stopping along the way all day to take photos of the scenery. We couldn’t believe when we arrived here - it is so beautiful. The host was so lovely when we arrived. Love the Irish and their hospitality - kindest - most lovely people in the whole world. There was a beautiful candle burning when we arrived and the decor is beautiful. The room we stayed in was perfect - one room for the teenager and one for us. Full breakfast is offered and it will be delicious - just reading about it in the welcome pack in our room. Full Irish breakfast. I would highly recommend a stay here. It’s exactly how I imagined B&B’s in Ireland.

This is a BEAUTIFUL accommodation located within short walking distance from the sea as well as the quaint village. Pubs and dining options are excellent. I am still amazed by the friendliness of everyone I have met. The B&B is spotless. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast and airy breakfast room. What we not enjoy or appreciate was being told upon arrival that cash payment was expected. No card reader. Accommodations were booked well in advance leaving management ample time to share this. Instead needed to pay exorbitant non-bank A** fees to pull cash. Host informed me that she was doing a favor by letting us check in early (2 pm) and giving us ice. That didn’t quite answer my question about the cash requirement and no, I did not need to access the room immediately. The notebook in room noting policies clearly stated that Glendale accepts Visa and accommodates early check in if room is ready. Be consistent.

A comfortable 3 night stay with friendly hosts. Clean rooms with plenty of biscuits/coffee/tea/milk. Lovely breakfast and good info on area. Perfect for access to Glenariff Forest Park, beaches and cycling routes. Can walk into the village but need car to explore area - local bus services between villages. Good value for money. Hope to stay again!
