We had a great stay at Voco Ma Bella Hotel in Danang. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the room rates were fair given the location and quality of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay in Danang.

A very warm welcome from the team when I arrived. Booked sea view room with balcony and I highly recommended it! The infinity pool is great too. Enjoyed my stay there very much with smiley staffs everywhere.

Amazing room view of the beach. Knowing that my bday is here, they sent a cake and a handwritten card to me in the room on the actual day. They even sent a welcome fruit plate and handwritten card too on our 1st day. Great effort and much appreciated of their sweet gesture. Woke up late for bf and we called to check if we still can proceed down to eat. They made an exception to extend the food line hours for 15min for us to take the food and enjoy. Would like thank the team for this exceptional servixe. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and families. Hope to go back there again.

Very good hotel experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. Maybe because voco is an international brand, the staff are well trained and professional. The breakfast is great which various choices are provided for customers.

This hotel will ruin your holiday because: 1. Loud music and noises every night until late if you book for the ocean view rooms. 2. Unclean room, hairs of different length found in bed, on the floor, in the sink, anywhere and everywhere you can or cannot imagine. 3. Unprofessional staff that would make you question the safety of the hotel. With “do not disturb”sign on, they would still knock on your door late at night, providing unasked “room services”. Not a misunderstanding at all, and if you try to argue with the hotel, they would repeatedly tell you that they did the right thing and need to check your whereabouts because they weren’t able to provide housekeeping during the day. This is AFTER you told them no housekeeping is needed during the stay. 4. If you try to contact IHG for a response, expect extra long waits and no proper action. After raising a complaint regarding the hotel staff’s violation of privacy, a male housekeeping staff tried to push the door open from outside, while I entered my room and was closing the door, and asked if I needed “water and cleaning”. It honestly felt like he wanted to intrude in. Especially if you are a female traveling alone, I’d think about staying elsewhere.
