Hotel terbaik di Da Nang

The hotel is acceptable but a little disappointing as the room we booked on the trip.com mentioned 40sqft for the family room. Upon check in we saw that the room was only 28sqft . We felt short changed and told the front office staff . We checked by measurements with their staff and told them that the room size for the family room (804 ) is misleading. They should be more clear and state room size as 28sqft. We would have booked another hotel if we know beforehand the size was 28sqft. The staff compensated by giving us another room .

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. I really want to stay in this hotel to take a good picture in the morning and night time without many people around 🥰🥰🥰 I did it also the food here is good ☺️😋😘

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

The hotel is located in a convenient place, just a 5mins walk to the beach and many coffees and restaurants around; facilities are new, the picture exactly as reality. There is a sky lounge on the top floor with an amazing view and a very reasonable price. The staffs are super friendly and attentive, having a great experience there. Highly recommend this hotel. Merry Land Hotel was a good place to stay, well worn but modern appearance, a handy location. Of ALL the advertised amenities only the roof top pool was open, pleasant and helpful front desk. Our booking via *********** was changed BY THE HOTEL on the last night of our week long stay, so that the hotels fees to *********** would be reduced? Once the dust settled, we were offered a 10% discount to stay on a further week but the discount did not eventuate on checkout.

Stayed 2 nights- great location. Standard room good size. Bed linen and towels 5 star quality. Bathroom amenities a bit dated. No separate shower in my room - high narrow bath with no “senior citizen “ handgrips. Lovely views of River from 9th floor restaurant/coffee shop - great spring rolls for lunch Restaurant manager and staff very service-minded at adequate included breakfast. No healthy bread options. Reception and bell staff polite and helpful. Spa for foot and leg massage was excellent with 50% Check-in voucher . Staff professional Very pleased!!

越南訂的第一家酒店，性價比超高。每天的早餐成了我最大的期待，超級推薦早餐的雞絲粥，是我在越南喝過最好喝的粥了。前台人員也超級好，還記得第一天不會使用某個水龍頭，戴眼鏡的小姐姐十分認真滴教我們，哈哈，現在想想都非常喜感。而且戴眼鏡那位小姐姐超級好，最後還是她幫我們訂了超級便宜的車去會安。不止這個小姐姐，前台每個人態度都超好，有給我們推薦便宜好吃的地道小吃，有每天笑臉超甜的小姐姐。大愛這酒店，不要猶豫哦，可以訂啦啦！
