Hotel terbaik di Da Nang

The hotel is acceptable but a little disappointing as the room we booked on the trip.com mentioned 40sqft for the family room. Upon check in we saw that the room was only 28sqft . We felt short changed and told the front office staff . We checked by measurements with their staff and told them that the room size for the family room (804 ) is misleading. They should be more clear and state room size as 28sqft. We would have booked another hotel if we know beforehand the size was 28sqft. The staff compensated by giving us another room .

A nice hotel. Well equipped. Restaurants are really good. The best however is the pool and the direct beach. Both are amazing and absolutely stunning. Some areas of improvement: the rooms have a stone tile floor and no carpet at all. That makes them loud and not comfortable at all. The shower heads will benefit from a strong cleaning and mold removal. Otherwise - a great opportunity to stay!

+ 1. Great location, if you’re looking for a hotel not near the beach. 2. The service is AMAZING. Very comfortable and smooth check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly and nice. 3. The room is big, spacious and clean,with all the necessary amenities. 4. Great breakfast, with a lot of varieties. Cons: (I would like to say, that these cons are if I’m being super picky, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel). I wouldn’t recommend their “seafood bbq”. There was not much seafood, but for the price, I can’t complaint too much. I struggled with elevators. The key seems to not always work. 9,5/10 Overall great stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service wasn’t great and we didn’t receive any directions to our hotel when arriving at the main check in desk and walked around aimlessly in the rain past different hotels until we finally found ours as couldn’t find anyone working to ask. The room wasn’t very nice and the walls looked dirty and in need of a good clean and repaint. The windows were leaking badly and there was mould and damp all around the inside of the window frame. Also on checkout we were asked to wait at the reception for 10 minutes while they checked our room to make sure we hadn’t left anything. But after 15 minutes had past nobody came to advise us we could go, even though we were waiting patiently in front of the reception desk. So I returned to the queue to wait patiently until I spoke to the same receptionist again who seemed to have forgotten me completely and asked me for my room number again, even though I’d only just handed my keycard back to her 20 minutes earlier. She then finally told me I could leave after asking if I’d returned an umbrella to reception which I hadn’t even used in the first place! I needed to leave quickly as had a taxi waiting for me at the main reception area, but the lack of customer care and unnecessary waiting around to check out wasn’t a good experience considering the high cost for the 2 night stay. I wish my experience had been better at Ba Na Hills as the place is very beautiful. But the hotel quality and the service really needs attention and an overhaul, as I’ve honestly stayed in better 2 star hotels. I would like to return to Ban Na Hills again but definitely would look at booking into a different hotel next time.

Capital O provided a modern room with sweeping views of the Ocean. The room was clean and lavishly furnished with modern appliances. I was looked after by the young male concierge who helped me with my travel plans and even let me borrow his charger for my phone. I will be returning here when I get back to Danang. Highly recommend

酒店服務員和設施還不錯，有租電單車服務，價格實惠，一家人到這旅遊可建議尋找這家酒店居住，很多景點都在附近非常方便又不會喧鬧

다낭에서 만나본 숙소 직원들 그 누구보다 정말 정말 친절했지만...그게 다였던,, 수압도 낮아 좀 불안했고 외관이 세련된거에 비해 내부는 오래된 숙소 같았어요 미케비치랑 가까운 것으로 만족했습니다! (도보7분) 그리고 숙소 맞은편 쌀국수는 맛집이 확실합니다! 정말 맛있는 쌀국수였고 매시간마다 사람들이 많이 찾더라구요 끝.

Perfect hotel; you get a lot of value from what you pay. walk 5 min. to beutyful beach, clean room, providing everything from hair drier, comb, tooth brush, paste to slippers and water bottles, coffee. Lot of receptionists in Danang hotels don't speak English, but I dealt mainly with Thanh and Hau; both spoke English and assisted me with lot of things while I stayed 6 nights at this hotel. I had a back room, so it was quite at night. I had warm water for showers (they even provided shower caps) and A/C worked well. TV had lots of channels; there's also small fridge in the room. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I ever visited Danang again from Thailand

Отличное местоположение,рядом улица с кафе и барами, удобно.Море в 3 минутах. В целом, с учётом цены рекомендую. Персонал помог с такси (заказали со своего аккаунта граб, не смотря на то, что у меня не хватало немного наличных). Из минусов- при сильном ветре скрипят окна, пыль под кроватью.

服務挺到位，能租摩托車，去海邊溜達10-15分鐘，早餐是現點的，一般般吧！
