Rooms are big, good location But service could have been better, there were some additional fee charges for a lost keycard

Great location, reasonable priced too. To NOTE for others travellers: They try their best to clean the room, but construction next door create lots of dust. Breakfast is basic in taste and FIX with the standard items everyday, nothing special + no expresso coffee for breakfast. POTENTIAL Problems : They charge $$ for mineral water in the fridge that is of the same bottle type and brand vs the 4 bottle place on the kitchen table, can be confusing if you are family with young kids. They charge $$ for disposable laundry bag! (usually provided by resort hotels for pack dirty laundry for bring home). They need 5-10 mins to check your room during check out, so do it early if you are in a rush.

Excellent hotel, great location and lovely staff

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Walk to my khe beach only 2-3 minutes, many restaurants and spa nearby the hotel.

Wonderful super friendly staff, room was absolutely beautiful and clean with gorgeous views, I didn't get to try the breakfast as I was only staying 1 night and leaving early in the morning, I would definitely return

Well….. the location is opposite the Da Nang beach. There’s small swimming on 23/F which is can see the whole beach. 

Good hotel located along the beachfront, with good restaurants and other shopping nearby. I booked a studio oceanfront which was generously proportioned and had a lovely seaview. However, the Ocean Lounge (an outdoor beach night club) is located directly opposite which plays loud music at night time, so if you are an early or light sleeper, this is not a good choice of hotel. The hotel provides earplugs free of charge (so I assume they are aware of this problem). So stars deducted for location due to the noise problem. The room cleanliness is generally good, but I deducted a star because I noticed a lot of takeaway food containers being disposed of in the bin in the corridor, which created a smell, and I could also smell cigarette smoke, in spite of the hotel being a non-smoking hotel. The facilities are good; I only ate the breakfast buffet, which has a good choice of food, so I can't comment on the restaurant otherwise. The infinity pool on the top floor has great views, but is quite small as you can imagine so can be crowded. And there is a small gym to use. I has a massage at the spa, but since it's located on the same floor as the entrance to the swimming pool and the gym, you can hear the shouts and screams of children playing which is not exactly the ambience you want. Nonetheless it was a good massage. Generally I think it is a good hotel and reasonable value for money, if you can put up with the noise situation.

Lovely stay, friend staff. The highlights were the clean spacious room, scenic pool and yummy breakfast. We were on the third floor and I was really looking forward to the ocean view, but the view from there is more road than ocean. The curtains also don't block out the light. The pool didn't have towels when we went, so you had to go back to your hotel room in the cold AC. Some shade at the pool would also have been nice.

great location! the hotel is located just in front of the beach. very convenient as there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel.

We only stay there for one night. It is nice hotel at the beach front with an amazing beach view. However, there is a big swamp area between the hotel and the beach. There is no direct access to the beach and you have to walk around the swamp.

So far location is good , center of beach area, everything clean and staffs are very aggressive to help. Breakfast buffet is good too only hot dishes not many but overall is good.
