Nice and clean hotel, good aircon for us to hide from the heat in the afternoon. We reach early and the staff is friendly and helpful, go that extra mile to help us to prepare the room for an early check in! Located walking distance to Han market if lazy to walk can grab too!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the assistance from the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was terrific. The location is very convenient, being close to popular eateries like Madame Lan, Luk Lak, and Korea street, as well as various spas. However, I was disappointed with the room. The TV was small, not a smart TV, and had very few international channels, with unclear pictures on every channel. The toilet arrangement was inconvenient with nowhere to hang the hand towel, and the door blocked the basin when opened. The bedside table had several scratches, and although I requested a hard pillow, I was only provided with a soft one. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear vehicles, especially motorbikes, from my room. Additionally, the hotel reused a stained and folded paper card as our room key, which felt unprofessional. Upon check-in, there was no one to greet us or assist with our luggage.

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, facing the Han river and close to every tour destinations in town and the drinking and eating facilities are close by. We got the free upgrade when checked in and it’s a pleasure surprise. The hotel staffs speak good English and all professional and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to everyone visits Danang.

Great location and nice facilities as usual Hilton standard. The view of riverside is the key point to stay in Hilton Da Nang.

I regrets to stay in Hilton Da Nang “executive room” for six days during my ***** new year vacation. Unfortunately, I have most worse experiences for my travel experience. Specifically, the fire alarm went on at 1 AM and the Hotel guys just came to remove the fire alarm sensor and let the room without fire alarm sensor for my rest of fours days’ stay. During my stay no body came to explain to me what is the situation instead of just an apology card …I can not believe this is five stars Hotel

It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

The food quality of the Sail restaurant is so average while the price is high. I will never go to this restaurant again. The staff is snobbish, thinking they work in an international company.

During the hotel check-in process, I witnessed a front desk employee taking a photo of my passport information with their personal mobile phone. This suggests a lack of basic understanding and training in personal data protection. Travelers who value their privacy should be cautious when selecting a hotel. Although I requested clarification from the hotel and received confirmation, I am seriously concerned about the potential leakage of my personal information.

Towels and shower room too old and smelly. Even on my working desk still left some dried food.

Wonderful hotel room with splendid river view. The room is clean and with good facilities. The breakfast attracts me and many good and delicious food.

Nice hotel, Hilton standard, room is clean, the size is big enough. Food is good on the 1st floor restaurant.

Location is strategic. Close to mini market, many restaurants and easy access to main attractions. Some of the famous eateries are not too far from the hotel. Gym is well equipped. Pool a bit small though, didnt really bother to utilise it during the stay. Bed was comfy and shower was alright. Would be back again if the rates are right/ attractive as there are so many new accommodations mushrooming in Danang nowadays.
