The location was a block behind the beach, which felt cramped, and the road was narrow. I regretted choosing this place based solely on its name and photos. The cleanliness was terrible, with mold coming out of the bathroom and shower taps, and cockroaches running around. The breakfast was also unhygienic, perhaps due to the staff's poor understanding of cleanliness, making the meal very uncomfortable. The hotel facilities, in terms of size and structure, were excellent, but they really need to focus more on their internal management.

The attitude was terrible. The staff member at checkout just walked right into my hotel room.

Pros: the hotel is very cheap (super low room rates), has huge rooms with a nice sea view, it is close to the beach, bars, spas, etc. Cons: very bad smell in the bathroom, poor housekeeping services (the room was not clean, especially the balcony), awful breakfast (better to have no breakfast than this one) and fantastic violation of the basic security rules: the safety box was not screwed to the wall or furniture, so could be easily taken by a thief out of the room with all the valuables inside it! Loud music from the beach bars can be heard at night time. And some hotel guests smoke and you can smell it in your room.

I booked a king suite. The room was very spacious, featuring a large sofa, a coffee table, and a balcony. Overall, it offered great value for money.

It’s a good place next to the beach,many stores and restaurants near by.The breakfast is ok you won’t be hungry.the room cleaning is every day ,I recommend this place .

The Da Nang Ocean Hotel has a great location with many restaurants downstairs, and it's also very convenient for getting a massage. The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.
