Hotel is distinguished by its service staff - thank you to guest services manager Cuong Nguyen and others such as Diem, Vu Nguyen, at the restaurants who made our stay outstanding. Hotel is well-maintained, villas are nicely-appointed, pools and beach are amazing. Buffet breakfast has quality items, local fare is better than their international cuisine imo. Meals are quite nice, but slightly pricey. There appear to be many daily activities organised for guests and kids, but we did not try any of them.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff and the stunning view of the ocean from my room. Throughout my stay, I found the service to be exceptional, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. While I was aware that Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel has been around for some time, I found that the age of the hotel only added to its charm and character. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive, and I felt a sense of history and tradition that is often missing from newer hotels.

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

We stayed for 5 days by end Sept. The experience was amazing. Location at the mountain in front of the ocean. It’s good for relaxing. Resort provides free shuttle bus to downtown. They also have many activities in free of charges. We joined both yoga class and massage class, the coaches are professional. Breakfast - many choices, restaurants also at fair price & food is good ! The service is awesome! You would find that their smile from their heartfelt and they are motivated and enjoyable to work in here. Honestly speaking, the hotel charges is high but value for money!! I would highly recommend you come to experience this wonderful resort !

This hotel is in between Da Nang's International Airport and Dragon's Bridge. We like it that it's especially close to the Han River because we can get a good view from the hotel's bar and were treated to Fireworks due to Da Nang hosting the International Fireworks festival. The hotel's service was wonderfully hospitable, where we were greeted with chilled lemongrass drink and cold towels to refresh us amidst the afternoon heat. Breakfast spread was satisfying - only we had Vietnamese food, there were other international dishes such as Korean and Indian. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft for me. Gym was small but had the basic essential equipment to fulfil my cardio and weight training. I wouldn't mind returning to this hotel for a 1 night stay.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, even better than many 5 star hotels i’ve stayed at (no idea how Sala Da Nang is only 4 stars). Unassuming exterior facade but breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and amenities, great view of the beach + city (partial sea view room), great location, and extremely friendly staff; they even provided us free mooncakes during mid autumn festival. I would go so far as to say YOU WILL BE MISSING OUT if you don’t stay here! Hands down the most value for money hotel ever, I’ll definitely book again if i’m ever back in Da Nang.

Firstly I would like to thanks Miss Jasmine aka PR to solve my problem , her service is absolute excellent when we first step into the hotel till we leave. Big thank you to all their staff as well super friendly and helpful anything I asked . Service is 11/10 Location hotel is great as many bars n restaurants within walking distance. Room is in good condition and my room is facing 100% sea view. Might be abit if noise from opposite when it was 5am due to many local ppl having exercise. Buffet wasn’t that bad but I hope they can change menu more often Massage with 50% discount in the hotel Hotel staff need to stop the local ppl from walking into the hotel lift while they are wet from swimming pool or from the beach Worth every penny to stay at this hotel

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

Rules was very strict. Remember, partial sea view just see Seaview from your window corner. It’s not worthy for money, Trip : go for City view if you have budget for hotel. 🏨 You can exchange your $ from hotel reception. And breakfast 🥞 was very good and buffet. Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Let me start with the positives. The location is great! Walk 5 mins to the beach. Many beach bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. You can book an excursion to Ba Na Hills. It's worth it. Now let's talk about the cons. And the first one is the room condition. It's old. There are several cracks on the wall. And you also can hear any sound, the walls are too thin. We heard like a cockroach crawling in the ceiling. The breakfast is not a good thing as well. There's little choice and the taste is just ok. Don't pay for it and go to have breakfast at the near by coffee shops.

Wonderful stay at Mangata. The team really made me feel welcome and the front rooms are so beautiful on the beach, with an infinity pool on the roof overlooking the ocean. The breakfast buffet was above average for this price level, with fresh hot food and omelettes made on request to the chef, a magnificent view of the beach on three sides. I am especially indebted for the booking team and managements’ flexibility after I had a change of dates. Their conduct was simply exemplary in dealing with this situation at short notice, something you’d never see in a comparable hotel in the western hemisphere.

밤 늦게 도착했는데 친절한 직원들 덕분에 편히 체크인하고 쉴 수 있었어요. 세 가족 쓰고자 침대 두 개 방 예약했는데 방에서 살짝 해변도 보이고 전체적으로 청결해 아이와 함께 하룻밤 쉬기도 좋았습니다. 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했어요. 기본 칫솔, 면봉, 비누 등 잘 챙겨져 있고 물 맛도 괜찮았어요. 조식 음식이 간결하고 모두 맛 좋았어요. 조식 공간이 좁긴 하나 시간대가 넓어 이용에 어려움 적고 직원분들이 모두 친절하시고 적극적으로 안내해 주셔서 더 편히 이용할 수 있었네요. 환전가게, 목식당, 과일가게(미미), 미케비치 모두 도보로 이용가능하고 그랩 이용 비용도 적게 나오는 좋은 자리에 있어 이 점도 편했어요.

Located just across the street to the bustling part of the beach with numerous restaurants, bistros and bars near it. Great service, the restaurant captain recommended us to great cafes, took note i love their goodnight biscuits and gifted me more the next night. The breakfast buffet has great tasting sai gon coffee!

I think this hotel is like family owned. When we arrived in the evening, the lobby was hot because the AC was turned off and the hotel staff was not at the reception so the security guard went upstairs to call him. The room was good enough but the safe box and the mortice deadlock were broken. When we checked out in the early morning, the lobby was dark and 2 staff were sleeping on the couches. Everything above was acceptable but one thing we couldn't stand was the breakfast. No eggs, bacon nor sausage, and Pho was so smelly that we gave up eating. We booked with trip.com flash sale but the price shown in the google map app on the day of our stay was much cheaper and it was pretty disappointing too.

Excellent location, near the head of the dragon bridge and a few steps away from the night market. It is more a hostel than a hotel. The bathroom is not ensuite but is directly opposite the room. The hostel was very clean and we were happy there. Communication was a problem because we were staying in the property away from the main street and the lady only spoke Vietnamese. That said, once we used Google Translate, it was no longer a problem. Breakfast was fried eggs and bread and a piece of fruit afterwards. Perfectly adequate and very good value. We would happily stay there again.

We booked a room for 1 night using Avíos points- the cash price was about $15. The hotel is situated on the main road alongside the river, with lots of coffee shops and local restaurants and a few bars within a 10 minute walk. Our room was on the 8th floor (though strangely the lift only went to floor 7!). The room was large with a king sized bed, firm mattress, good a/c, big TV, fridge etc. Nice big bathroom and large walk-in shower. We had a ‘city view’ so rooftops of neighbouring buildings rather than the river. The room was clean but the carpet in the corridor was slightly soiled. We slept ok though could hear some pounding bass from a nearby club (wed night- weekend could be worse?). The staff seemed to speak no English and one disappointing factor was a lack of secure room to store bags after check out. The girl on reception told us to leave them by the counter. As we’d seen reception unstaffed a couple of times, this made us nervous but she said she’d be there while we went out for an hour. Not surprisingly when we came back, reception was empty and anyone could have accessed our bags and others left in reception. The hotel really needs to address this point. Apart from that we were happy with the room for the amount paid.

Junior Double Suite with River View, very beautiful view, you can see Dragon bridge. The receptionist is very nice, especially tall women. She can speak english very well. ❤❤❤ The advantage is near delicious restaurants such ah Mi Quang Ech Bep Trang , Pho Cu Ha Noi, or you can walk to Dua Ben Tre196, Tao Hu Xe Lam, DaNang Cathedral, Han Market and other. The disadvantage is bad smell of cigarettes from the next room, I had to sleep with wearing a mask. 😭 But it's not all night , just a moment. Breakfast is not tasty (for me) if compared to other hotels.

Staff are very friendly, humble & welcoming…. Typical of Vietnamese culture in general. My room was good size, comfortable bed, great shower room, electric kettle. Was on a high floor with view to the Pink church. Breakfast was very good, generally Asian buffet selection (as you would expect) pho and eggs cooked to order anyway you liked. Definitely nothing to complain about there. Wifi worked very well. Viewing terrace on the top floor have a great view of the river & dragon bridge. Checked out 4.30am in pouring rain, night staff carried my bag and held umbrella for me going in to taxi getting wet himself but he genuinely wanted to help me. I would have no hesitation in staying here again when I’m next in Danang.

Let me just say to start with that the staff were 5*,rooms are very good and sea view from upper floors is exceptional,room pretty good but a bit tired,cleaning really good and we found that most days they cleaned twice,the pool is pretty passable except there is only ten SUNBEDS for the whole hotel,I would suggest that at least 30 would be sufficient,the pool got very busy at times,the pool bar didn’t have staff all the time but if you asked you would get drinks fairly quickly,the trips we booked from reception to Hoi an and Ban na hills were very good,we found the main issue to be that the hotel accommodates a lot of conferences which became a big issue for me,putting pressure on the restaurant at breakfast,the swimming pool and even reception,being on an upper floor meant waiting ages for the lift,the breakfast was pretty good,hotel location is great and fairly near bars and restaurants,and across the road from the beach,we found that another big issue,you have to cross four lanes of mental traffic to reach the beach,literally running the gauntlet,a real dread,and the constant tooting day and night is not great for peace and quiet either,also the Vietnamese ALL use the beach/sea everyday from about 5 to 8am and 5pm until dusk with load music etc,quite annoying at times,unlike Thailand where we live the locals do not speak much English at all and don’t recognise zebra crossings so be extremely care crossing any roads,not a bad hotel on the days they don’t have conferences

Kakitangan juga menyadur daging lembu yang dihiris untuk kami dengan cantik,,, Kakitangan meja depan sangat mesra sepanjang masa, dan sarapan paginya sangat lazat. Satu-satunya penyesalan ialah saya hanya tinggal selama 2 malam... Lain kali saya datang ke Da Nang, saya mahu tinggal di sini selama 12 malam.

Home away home. K-House apartment at the My Khe Beach in Da Nang is an amazing place that I stayed at for the second time. You can call it a house, an apartment, or a hotel, but to me it was my second home. The location was just about a few minutes walk to the water, quiet and fresh air always breeze throughout. The building and decoration was very modern, Japanese or Swiss Bell style Excellent large room with full silverware and appliances that you can cook a meal with for the whole family. There was also a small pool right at the window; breakfast there was beautiful. It is very good quality and the food was unique. The chef was friendly with a nice smile to anyone. You can ask her to prepare for you a delicious seafood dinner party to host your friends at a lower cost compared to the restaurants nearby. The front staff were pleasant and efficient. They are always there for you, ensuring all your needs are met to your request. They have motorbike rentals at a reasonable price. The location is perfect, the price is affordable, it's clean and convenient, and the most important thing was the cleaning and friendly services. We like it and definitely will stay again soon. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, even better than many 5 star hotels i’ve stayed at (no idea how Sala Da Nang is only 4 stars). Unassuming exterior facade but breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and amenities, great view of the beach + city (partial sea view room), great location, and extremely friendly staff; they even provided us free mooncakes during mid autumn festival. I would go so far as to say YOU WILL BE MISSING OUT if you don’t stay here! Hands down the most value for money hotel ever, I’ll definitely book again if i’m ever back in Da Nang.

Wh have found our happy place.A small boutique hotel, easy walking distance to My Khe Beach and staff who are just exceptional. Thankyou Helen and your team. You made us feel like honoured family members and no question or request was too much. . An added bonus at Salmalia is the beautiful courtyard pool with its overhanging shade from a Tamarind tree. A haven during the midday hours when it is too hot for the beach. Salmalia is in a quiet street that runs parallel to the main beachfront road so we did appreciate the quiet room with its ocean view without traffic noise at night. Congratulations Salmalia...you do Vietnam and Da Nang proud with genuine hospitality. We will be back in 2023 on our annual trip.

We spent 7 nights at the Marriott and loved every minute. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. They even arranged breakfast boxes one morning as we had to leave before 6am for golf. We were upgraded to a fabulous corner room with a huge bathroom and lovely balcony overlooking the garden and ocean. So lovely to sit outside and listen to the waves. We booked another room on points very last minute and they were so accommodating making sure the room was next to ours. The beds were big and comfortable and the linen and towels were the usual good Marriott quality. Really nice touch leaving a sweet treat in the room every night. The restaurant manager was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my food was gluten, dairy and chilli free! He always checked in to see the food was ok and had great recommendations re food. All the restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and reasonably priced and the decor of restaurants was nice. The grounds, pools and beach are amazing. So well looked after and clean and tidy. The water temperature was perfect and the infinitely pool overlooking the ocean is fantastic. Plenty of sun lounges and 5 pools to choose from. The life guards kept a close eye on everything and were always so friendly. The beach seems to go forever so great for walks. The hotel keeps their section of the beach so clean - a noticeable difference to some other sections. The gym is small but good and the spa is lovely. The resort is in a great location. 10 mins to the main Da Nang beaches and bars along the beach and 15-20 mins into the town centre and markets. 25 mins the other way and you’re in Hoi An old town. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of everything but close enough and cheap enough to catch a taxi or a Grab whenever we needed to. Perfect location for all the golf courses too so would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back.

新酒店整體環境還可以，服務細節有待加強，記得在第二天早上九點多還沒睡醒，酒店打電話來問要不要吃早餐！😳我明白酒店想對顧客的熱情，但是這樣有些影響顧客休息！繼續入睡 然後，11點多酒店又打電話提醒我們拿房卡下去刷新。又起床跑過去接電話(我就的房型是帶泳池的，房間電話不在床頭，而是在飯廳位置，所以每次接電話讓我很惱火)，這個設計有些問題而且不方便。 第二晚凌晨酒後回到酒店，我特別電話告知前臺晚上不要給我打電話我需要睡覺。我下午五點飛機，我需要延遲退房到下午兩點！前臺說要申請，我說沒有問題，但是12點前不要打房間電話！誰知，10點左右前臺又打電話來說可以為我延遲到兩點退房，瞬間有點不開心！因為他又打攪我睡眠。過來20分鐘，我又起床走過來接電話，酒店又打電話到房間租用的摩托車鈅匙是否已經歸還前臺，我前一天已經放前臺了😓真的很生氣！ 我明白酒店為了提供更好服務的初心，不過服務細節有待加強，聯繫更換培訓團隊！這個不像是五星級酒店的管理層！ 另外說說房間環境 房間還可以，就是很多位置設計不合理 洗手間沒有垃圾桶，垃圾桶放廁所了，然後廁所廁紙位置又固定在很後的位置，拿紙非常不方便。 剛剛提過我住的房型床頭沒有電話，不方便。 電梯很像貨梯，完全沒有裝修 第一次見夜晚大堂的燈光是白色的，不是暖光，看上次很不像酒店。 總的來說服務是熱情的，就是照顧不到細節。希望下次來可以有變化！

We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2023 . Nice , clean resort a bit out of town . Rooms are large and modern , pools and restaurants are nice just a bit of a walk from the building accommodation. Breakfast was good . Viet in the pool bar was amazing, Friendly and gave us great local information and local suggestions. The only down side to this accommodation is it’s a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi am with limited options unless you take a taxi or grab . Negatives for the hotel is laundry pricing $$$ and car using by resort $$$

I stayed for 2 nights in Naman Retreat, and it was great time. Room was clean and the pools are well managed. Breakfast also was elegant. All the staffs were kind and especially, I feel special thanks to the staff whose name is Tam. It was check-in when I first met him and he explained all the details about facilities and programs. He kept in touch with me every day and checked any inconveniences or my trip plans. Even after check out, he helped me spend my last time in Danang more meaningful. I was so satisfied. Given a chance, I wish I could visit Naman again.

As it was my 1st time in Danang, Lan and her team were very helpful to my request for directions, was able to provide their personal recommendations of places to eat local food and the recommendations were quite good in fact. Although I booked my own Grab to move within the city, they were proactive to help me ask within their network, to double check for the correct destination. Especially on the last day, they helped me talk to the Grab driver, to ensure that I was driven to correct airport terminal for my flt. Overall, I enjoyed the interaction with the friendly hotel staff, would highly recommend this hotel! Summary Location: Near Han market and lots of popular eateries within a 15mins walk Traveller’s note: On my 1st night, opposite the hotel, there was a local eatery which had a karaoke session which was very noisy. This was the only thing which I found was irritating. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tiada meja depan, dan sukar untuk mencari penyambut tetamu, tetapi bahasa tidak dikomunikasikan. Saya tidak dapat menterjemah istilah tempahan. Untuk Ctrip, saya tidak tahu perisian apa itu. Dia tidak akan membaca kedua-dua versi bahasa Cina dan Inggeris bagi maklumat pesanan itu. Ia mengambil masa lebih sejam untuk mengetahui keadaan sebelum dan selepas lobi. Walaupun komunikasinya sukar, namun si adik mempunyai sikap yang baik dan tidak mempunyai perangai atau sebagainya. Satu lagi ialah tiada perkhidmatan pembersihan di dalam bilik. Kami tinggal selama enam hari. Sanitasi perlu dibersihkan sendiri, dan sampah perlu dibersihkan sendiri. Semua keperluan harian pakai buang tidak disediakan, semuanya perlu dibawa bersama.
