Pavilion Danang is a recommended hotel to stay if you are there. It is walking distance to the seaside, about 5 minutes away. Situated along the main road, here are many good and cheap seafood restaurants within 300m radius. Room is clean but only with bath tub, no standing shower. So floor can be wet easily. Room do not have direct sea view, only partial. Morning buffer spread can be improved, bread range is too limited. The front office staff are great. Front office mgr Ms Bich Thuy was attentive. Reception staff Xuyen and Khanh Vy was helpful, especially khanh Vy for her cheerful and superful helpful attitude. Pavilion is definitely a good choice, if I return to Danang again.

Hotel is great! just make sure to plan your trip on a right month! since fog can ruin the visibility the whole Park!
Food (breakfast was great) make sure to add the right people when book because in my case i didnt notice i just added 1 instead if 2 so i pay extra 500,000 VND (for my friend breakfast)
Dinner is quiet expensive around 450k to 500k for 2 persons since most of the establishments are closed during night! make sure to take early dinner!
Monorail is not also working when we visited not sure why. as

1. Great location, if you’re looking for a hotel not near the beach.
2. The service is AMAZING. Very comfortable and smooth check in and check out. Everyone was very friendly and nice.
3. The room is big, spacious and clean,with all the necessary amenities.
4. Great breakfast, with a lot of varieties.
Cons:
(I would like to say, that these cons are if I’m being super picky, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel).
I wouldn’t recommend their “seafood bbq”. There was not much seafood, but for the price, I can’t complaint too much.
I struggled with elevators. The key seems to not always work.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about.
Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain.
Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach.
Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach.
Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs.
Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. I definitely recommend you stay here and I will definitely will revisit again.

Capital O provided a modern room with sweeping views of the Ocean. The room was clean and lavishly furnished with modern appliances. I was looked after by the young male concierge who helped me with my travel plans and even let me borrow his charger for my phone. I will be returning here when I get back to Danang. Highly recommend

The staff are friendly and helpful! Our room was on the 12th floor (no other rooms) nice and quiet, close to the pool and steam rooms. Sky Bar was not open during our time here. Great walking distance to restaurants, beaches and bars. Our bed was comfortable, the kitchen well laid out, the cleaning service is good. We stayed Jan 2023 - March 2023.

Everything about this hotel was great. Location in the heart of Danang city, near Pink Cathedral, Han Market… All staffs was so helpful, friendly. They always ready to support us everything. Roof top pool have great view and super chill. Room was clean and beds so comfortable.

This is one of the best and unique hotel of Da Nang. Newly opened and the only hotel in Da Nang that has 2 infinity pools one for sunrise and one for sunset. Great staff and special compliments to manager Mr T for making special breakfast for vegetarians and showing the place around. Also, help choose the rooms with the best view. Our family had the most memorable time. Thanks Mr. T and M hotel for memorable experience. We will visit again soon.

PPengguna TetamuFirstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

Terdapat pasar malam kecil di belakang hotel dan pasar raya berdekatan, jadi ia adalah mudah untuk digunakan dengan harga sekitar 3,500 won untuk kebanyakan jarak.

Got 3 family rooms for me and my friends,room has king size bed and single bed, big enough for 3 pax. Hotel staff are all pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. Has swimming pool,gym and pool table😄. Buffet Breasfast also included. All of these at very reasonable price.👍👍

PPengguna TetamuI’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.
The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option.
The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration.
While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances.
The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day.
Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues.
The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort.
I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated.
In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

MMaestraViajarThey absolutely will not cancel your reservation, even with advance notice. Their “policies” require you to be ripped off instead. I was unable to come due to a visa issue. But they refused to cancel, and additionally would not change the date of my reservation as an alternate solution. This is not the type of service I expect from using trip.com. Based on this I do not recommend them. I will actually be in the city later in the month, but will choose a different hotel based on this.

Stayed three nights, no staff to help with luggage up the stairs, (I am in my late 70's) given one room key and breakfast tickets,. Up to room, flimsy curtains that wouldn't keep moonlight out, very basic fittings. Bed okay, pillows terrible. Room looked like it needed a good clean, air conditioner leaked so badly we had to put a towel on the floor. Breakfast: What a joke, limited amount of food and virtually nothing to suit Western guests, sour faced staff, lukewarm coffee and tea. Had to request hot water each day. Staff: Requested that Air Con be looked at, their answer to problem was to turn it up to 25c!! That'll work!! It didn't and in the end we gave up asking them to fix it. Night staff (male) was a lazy obnoxious person, no spare toilet paper in the room and when asked for some more it was like we were asking for their Family Jewels!! The only two nice and friendly staff were the two young girls on reception. The rest dont understand English, thank God I speak a fair bit of Vietnamese and my Wife is Vietnamese. Room Amenities: An old kettle, no tea, coffee or sugar. When asked we were generously given two coffee and two tea sachets. Gave up and bought our own! No restaurant to have a meal at night, no bar although there was a very dilapidated one on the top floor where the pool is located. This Hotel needs to go back to Hotel Management 101 and get the basics right. It was totally different from what it shows on *********** etc. There are so many other hotels in the area and we were glad to leave to go to Hoi An. Not Recommended. No business centre either. Oh did I mention the slamming doors and noisy occupants??! Well we had them too!

PPengguna TetamuBooked a room here on October 10th 2022. Short review: 1) Bugs in the bed. 2) No soundproofing whatsoever. You can hear all your neighbors on the floor. 3) Very noisy AC. 4) Poor service. Longer review: It was about 5 p.m. already and I needed a place to stay a night, so searched nearby hotels in Booking. Because I wanted to check what the hotel was like before booking (most of the pictures were computer-generated or touched up), I went there and asked about the rooms. The receptionist first showed a room on the 11th floor (#1104?), but that one had a big moldy spots on the walls, so I declined. Then she showed the room #1004, which looked ok, plus had partial sea view. When I was going to book the room through Booking, the receptionist asked me to just pay the same price to the hotel without using Booking. It didn't matter to me, so I paid by card. Not 10 minutes in the bed, I noticed that something is bitting me. When I checked, I had bites all over my body. Like 6-7 on my right foot only. 🤪😰 Then I went to the reception, showed the receptionist the bite marks, and told her I was checking out. She replied ok, but they were not going to return the money. Even though I've been in the room for max. 20 minutes. I asked her to call the manager. After 10 or so minutes another lady came and said they'd return only 50%: because they showed me the room and I should've checked the room conditions better before booking. What?! How am I supposed to check the bugs in the bed?! 😳 I'm not in the habit of carrying a magnifying glass and checking the beds. I was pissed off for such an answer. After a long talk, a call with another manager, and another 15-20 minute wait, they decided to return the full payment. My experience in there was awful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually I was puzzled how this hotel has a 8+ rating? My guess is that many people just don't bother to leave a review. So I decided to leave mine, so next time someone is looking for a hotel, they will know what awaits them there. Hope your travel will have only wonderful experiences and memories. 🙂

I recently stayed at Pansy Beach Dana, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Pros: 1. The hotel is conveniently located near My Khe Beach and other local attractions. Cons: 1. The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dirt and dust. 2. The staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to address any issues. 3. There was only one staff working, leading to long wait times for assistance.
