The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. Except hotel location is 5 star. All others are ranging from 3 to 4 star. Room is big but the TV is small. The toilet bowl need to fill water then can flash for a few occasions. Hair dryer button spoilt, need to contact service staff to change instead. Not a very good experience for our visit. Hopes they can improve further.

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

Firstly, the staff at this hotel are wonderful. They are SO helpful, caring and accommodating. We appreciated their help and interactions. The hotel has a beautiful and welcoming foyer and pool area. The rooms are lovely, a great size with excellent showers and bathroom. The location is walking distance to the lovely beach and there's plenty of eating options around. I really wanted to love this accommodation but there were problems. First and foremost is the functions held that dominate the place. One took over the entire main pool with a stage covering the pool which meant guests couldn't use it for nearly two days. This left guests using the roof pool that is neglected and had no towels. There was never enough pool towels. Everyday, we had to wait while staff went looking for pool towels. The private functions are loud and if your room is near them, you then have to listen to the late night banging and talking while packing up. Breakfast is good but if you get there late, they are slow to replace items or not at all. Two mornings, I missed out on bacon, ham and croissants and had empty coffee pots. There are a lot of Asian options and beautiful fruit and the normal egg station. You won't go hungry. The beautiful Lady running the breakfast room is absolutely second to none. Her genuine interest in your comfort and day was heart warming. Overall, the staff here are 5 stars. The accommodation is 4 stars. I would definitely stay again and loved Da Nang.

This was the hotel where there was an error on description on trip.com there should have been a bath tub but there wasn’t . I ended up paying for an upgraded room with bathtub (I would not get the basic room unless you just want to be by the beach). It took forever and they never offered it to be complimentary. Trip.com paid for the difference . My big issue was how much time the hotel staff took (I paid for a 90 minute treatment at the spa and it still wasn’t handled by then). Paying the difference wasn’t a big deal for me but they didn’t offer me solutions - which was the issue and people on vacation value their time (especially if they are paying more for a 5 star hotel). If I didn’t pay for the upgraded room it would have never got handled. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star class hotel (4 star maybe). The corner suites are nice so that is what I would get if I were coming here . The spa is really nice too. Most other people love it here so take my review with a slight grain of salt.

They dont have hair conditioner. The shampoo seems to be 2 in 1 with conditioner effect. But it's not good enough.
