Hotel di Hoa Hai, Da Nang

マーブルマウンテンに行きたかったので2時間早めに行って、荷物を預かってもらえるか相談したら、快く部屋を貸してくれました。 また、無料でアップグレードしてくれました。 ハノイやダナン、ホイアンで同価格帯で部屋を何個か借りましたが、ここが1番シャワーが快適でした！ お湯の温度も水圧も最高です。 ダナンからもホイアンからも少し遠いですが、マーブルマウンテンに行く日にここで宿を取るのはありです。 徒歩圏内にスーパーもあります。 またベトナムに来たら泊まりたいです♪

We have a sea view room with balcony the room was very big with the most comfortable bed. We had tea and coffee facilities as well as a limited mini bar. The hotel has 2 pools we loved the pool close to the beach there was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beautiful beach. The food choices were very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel did a really nice Valentine’s Day meal which was very nice plus a street food evening. We stayed for 8 nights and we did not want to leave. The hotel is in a great location to get local transport to Danang city or Hoiann. We booked a day trip to the ancient city of Hue through the hotel which was very good. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to marble mountain which is well worth a visit. I would return to Sandy Beach if I came back to Danang.

Great service. Good in house restaurants serving delicious food, must try the grill for their steak. Love the 250m pool and in room dining option. Perhaps the only downside is the hotel is popular for business events which may be disruptive to the otherwise tranquil environment

My suite was G2. It was around 350~400 per night. The Pleasantries: The Outdoors: The public pool was a sight to behold, and the proximity to the beach was most convenient. One could spend a rather enjoyable afternoon by the pool, sipping a fine beverage and overlooking the ocean. Privacy and Convenience: The villa provided a good level of privacy, and its location offered convenient access to both the Da Nang city centre and the charming town of Hoi An. Staff Deportment: Though understaffed, the personnel conducted themselves in a professional manner, and their handling of complaints was quite civilized, I must say. The Unpleasantries: Absence of Amenities: It was most disconcerting to find that the rooms were bereft of televisions and that the air conditioning system was inoperative. For the rate of 400 USD per night, one would reasonably expect these basic amenities to be in good order. Inefficient Procedures: The necessity of waiting for staff to check in and out was an irksome inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with proper staffing or organisation. Disrepair: The villa exhibited a rather rundown appearance, with appliances in various states of disrepair. The fan, the hair dryer – all seemed to have seen better days. Design Inconsistencies: The logic of the design was puzzling indeed. Providing but one cup, yet two sets of toothbrushes, left us quite perplexed. The safe was curiously placed atop the closet, and the water pressure was disappointingly weak. Furniture: I would be remiss not to mention the furniture, which appeared rather worn and past its prime. In Conclusion: Ocean Villa, despite its appealing location and outdoor amenities, fell short of the expectations one might associate with a venue at this price point. Whilst I extend my sincere appreciation to the staff for their professionalism, I cannot in good conscience endorse this accommodation without significant improvements. Though our stay was not entirely without merit, the aforementioned shortcomings led us to seek a refund for one of our nights. It is my earnest hope that Ocean Villa might address these issues, for the potential for a truly splendid getaway does indeed exist.

We recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives: - while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there. - For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge). - When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters - The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change. - We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!) Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall commitment to excellence at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2023 . Nice , clean resort a bit out of town . Rooms are large and modern , pools and restaurants are nice just a bit of a walk from the building accommodation. Breakfast was good . Viet in the pool bar was amazing, Friendly and gave us great local information and local suggestions. The only down side to this accommodation is it’s a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi am with limited options unless you take a taxi or grab . Negatives for the hotel is laundry pricing $$$ and car using by resort $$$

整體員工服務態度很好，有一個管家與你聯絡，有提供司機。 而且保安人員都很盡責，每2小時都會在泳池花園巡邏 地理位置有優點亦有缺點，優點是很清幽恬靜，缺點是位置不太近美溪沙灘，Grab 出去大概20分鐘。 但整體非常滿意，下次如果跟家人來會再入住😄

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 8.5/10 – All of the staff members are helpful with a huge smile on their faces. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks very new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and with the beautiful ocean view. Facilities: 8.5/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.
