I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. Very clean and the price is awesome. Location is just great, right in the center of the City. You can easy access anywhere because there variety of busses. Bus stop at 1 min walk or even less. It was quite hard to connect wi-fi since I could not find password by myself but thanks to the staff that helped. Thank you again a lot!

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the facilities were excellent considering the price! The only downside, perhaps because the building is old, is that the parking system takes a very long time to get in. If I were to visit again, I'd probably park somewhere else.

I booked this place because of the positive reviews for family trips. When traveling with children, my criteria for accommodations are cleanliness, and cleanliness itself. However, I was extremely dissatisfied. First, I was staying for multiple nights, but they said there would be no cleaning because it was the weekend. So if I stay for one night on Friday, will Saturday guests be left with an uncleaned room? If there's no cleaning service, there should be a discount for multiple nights, but it was cheaper to pay on the spot on the day. Since there's no cleaning for multiple nights, you have to go to the front desk the next day to get towels and bottled water. The curtains, table, and sink in the room were all filthy and unusable. For hygiene reasons, there was a sign saying there were no amenities and you could buy them at the front desk for a few thousand won. For hygiene reasons, I'd recommend washing the curtains, which were covered in dust and blood. Second, the bathroom sink didn't have hot water. The shower pressure was very low. The floor drain wasn't working properly, so I opened the lid to clean my hair, but the floor was still flooded, so I had to wait for the water to drain before washing. Third, you typically have to pay for additional guests when making a reservation. However, they will call you the day before to confirm the number of additional guests and inform you of the additional fee. This makes cancellation difficult. It's highly unreasonable to pay an additional fee for accommodations like this one. Please consider this carefully before making a reservation.

Very well located hotel and pleasant staff. Unfortunately, the room really deserves a good cleaning (811). The bathroom had not been cleaned: waste on the floor and toilet with urine. A reasonable price but a more than relative quality.
